I agree with the other points, but the victory outcomes seem to be limited to 'minor' because they are not fully implemented. I do admit it does look kind of funny, though.

I think FRED wants side barbettes for main guns.

I do think some refining of gun pen and damage will be in order after the armor change, but they did just roll it back considerably for the last hotfix. My old BB is now only 1kt overweight and the super BB is within displacement, lulz.

Please add a display for "effective armor" in the design screen.

+1. I agree with your points. Also, the armor nerf last hotfix is way overboard and also broke a few citadel mechanics.
