  1. The big one for me is the declaration of war system. Wars are still beginning with no warning. One turn you've got a war with one other nation, next turn two others have suddenly appeared (ore more). Unless this is supposed to happen and I have missed something. There are of course other bugs that have been listed here, this is just my contribution. That being said, the updates provide to date have, in my eyes, made significant improvements to the game, so thank you. Still a ways to go, but it is good to see progress.
  2. Some bugs to report and a comment or two. Bugs: Nations seem to go to war even straight after selecting an option to pay them off the turn before. They also go to war the turn after peace was declared and a peace conference was finalised. Dissolved nations sometimes only dissolve their ports, but continue to exist as land empires. I ended up at war with Austria-Hungary, their port provinces dissolved, but I remained at war with them and could not end it as there was nothing to invade or sink. Their land invasions also seemed to freeze. Primary and secondary weapons and torpedo's still not tracking and engaging regularly. My experience is that it is predominately aft guns on light cruisers, other ship types seem to be less effected or not at all. Comment: I think there should be a truce period after a war concludes, making it impossible for two nations to go to war for a period of time after declaring peace, or at least making it vastly more difficult (make the tension requirement double for a period after the end of a war for example). My experience so far is that a few turns after declaring peace, they are threatening war again. In each case, they are at war with someone nearby and sending their ships through my waters. I don't think this should be happening, or at least no where near as much as it is currently. Alternatively, have fleets cause tension to rise only when stopped in a nations waters, not sailing through, or at least delay the start of tensions for a turn or two. I think there needs to be some distinction between passive transiting and actively warmongering. After all, a fleet setting up shop in a nations territorial waters and where it is not supposed to be is far more threatening than it mealy passing the coast.
  3. Two things. First, when a ship leading a line is damaged enough to fall out of formation, the next ship does not take turn commands. The line showing course will show a curve, but it will not change course. Speed is unaffected. Second, in the campaign fleets return to base much too quickly and easily. A fleet will be conducting an invasion and randomly return to port, despite not engaging in any combat at all. naval invasions are nearly impossible (at least in my experience so far). That said, sometimes they will be there for a turn or two. It seems they return when a combat is auto resolved, even if it doesn't relate to them. Not certain, but they never returned to port after a turn with no combat, only after a turn with combat engaged in.
  4. Turrets: Still some errors. Aft super firing turrets are still rotating in a way that has the barrels are moving through the structure of the tower. I have only noticed this on BB's. Also, the aft super firing turrets are not tracking targets and engaging, seems to be more prevalent on CL's. The cause seems to be when target is beyond the aft super firing turrets firing arc (target is straight ahead). The problem seems to be less consistent, although still present, when the target is on the beam. I have found in my experience so far, the only turret to do this is the after super firing gun in both cases (x turret when in AB XY configuration), no other turret position seems to have this problem. Torpedo's are also not tracking. I will be in perfect firing position and they just don't engage. However, as soon as I issue a turn order, and sometimes when I change target, they suddenly decide to engage. These actions will also sometimes fixe the turret problems for a moment. Graphical issues: Some places (might be more than some an I am not paying close enough attention), the land does not line up with the outline of the state. Very noticeable on islands like Hawai'i or Jamaica. Not causing any bugs I can see, just very annoying. Invasion reticules seem to line up with the outline, not land art. The land seems to be offset some distance south of the outline, which is probably why it isn't noticeable around continents. Hope this feedback helps.
  5. Two things I have noticed. First, Playing as the UK, trying to launch a naval invasion of Germany in the North West. The invasion point is so far inland, clearly up a river that I cannot get ships close enough to start the invasion. If there was a way, I didn't find it. Might be worth having the option to cancel a naval invasion. Maybe it times out after a few turns but I didn't experiment long enough to find out. Second, I am experiencing significant lag during sea battles, but only when I have a ship selected. My ship or the enemy's, doesn't matter. As soon as I unselect it, it runs nice and smooth. Changing the fast forward speed even to normal doesn't help. It is so bad I can barely select a target if it is small like a TB or DD.
  6. I have been playing a campaign as the US since 1890. Once several wars broke out from around 1917, the game freezes during the Update Mission phase. After waiting a while, I forced exited the game and restarted, and it booted on the other side of the turn, but it by passed most events, including peace treaty proposals. These occurred during the loading screen, and even when accepting the proposal and then entering the game, it did not remember the decision. The game kept freezing every turn on Update Mission. I waited a long time to be sure, but the only way to get past was to force exit and restart.
  7. Wars are not ending properly. I was in a war as the USA against Japan when out of the blue, the war was over. There was no notification or end of war reparations. I only noticed because they got rather annoyed and started threatening war, and I noticed that the war was no longer listed on the right hand side. I kept playing and this happened to every war that eventually ended, none had any notice, warning or war reparations afterwards.
  8. Since updating to 1.06, I cannot delete my old ships designs. I was able to on the previous build. Even when I delete every ship I own, the delete button is greyed out. AI seems to be deleting as per the latest update though.
