    Chapter 4 loads but that battle will not and the game crashes. This roadblock leaves me no way to continue. I reported this multiple times in game but got no response. Upgrading my RAM from 4 to 16 Gig made the earlier chapters load faster but does not cure this issue. Solutions?

    Game will not load the Siege of Toulon. I can go to that chapter but not load the battle. I have reported in-game multiple times. I raised my RAM from 4 to 16 gig and game runs faster, but still won't run the Siege. Solutions?
