My windows is currently at Windows 10 home, version 20H2.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still encounter the same problem. I researched some solutions to the problem, should I try these other methods as well?

When I go to delete these files, should I delete the Xsolla launcher files, I think that they may be part of the problem. I attached a picture of the message that shows up when I tried to launch the game.

I attempted to reinstall but I still get the same problem, the launcher doesn’t open. I tried troubleshooting and it said the issue is the program is incompatible.

I have not tried to reinstall the game yet. When I reinstall the game will I have to make a new account?

When I try to open the launcher it says it is not designed to run on windows or contains an error. This is the first time this has happened and I have been playing for several months with no issue. It then says to install using the original installation media or contact support.
