  1. managed to squeeze 8 19" guns, 20" belt, 9" deck, 21" sides and 12" tops for the turrets, and 30 knots on 81730 tons quad version, really don't like its look that much but the main turrets can actually shoot, would love to see the devs add correct turret models.
  2. upscaled bismarck, 4×2 19", 6×2 8", 10×2 4", and 20×2 2", 18" belt and 9" deck, she also cruises around at a comfortable speed of 29.8 knots, and only on 100k tons of displacement
  3. my battles usually look like this, the AI is just teasing me innit
  4. -variable main belt(or citadel) length. -belt and deck armor splitting into belt/deck over machinery/magazine; turret armor splitting into turret face, turret sides, turret back, and turret top; separate rudder compartment armor; editable bulkheads and barbette armor. -triples or quads really don't make much sense rn, 3 triples are heavier than 4 duals and a quad is as heavy as two duals without any of their advantages(high rate of fire and therefore more chances of hitting). If I remember correctly, some versions ago triple and quad setups were actually lighter than their dual equivalents.
  5. Not a serious issue but some gun mounting points are a bit of an eyesore. One is a little too deep in and the two other ones are at an angle when they should be pointing forwards.
  6. Even though I can't start a battle because of my design being "invalid" or a massage saying "Your fleet has an unfinished shi" but if I switch to the "Enemy" side everything works just fine.
  7. The US flag is also not correct, in game it's the 49 star flag for some reason. Some nations should change flags according to the period(the US for example).
  8. The situation currently is all of my or the enemies ships will target the lead ship of the largest class(really weird tbh) and will NOT switch to any other ship unless said target ship is sunk or not in range, guns that haven't come into range will target the closest ship in their proximity. Each ship should have their own target, if multiple ships fire at one target there will be an accuracy penalty. P.S. in older versions the enemy ships could switch targets without the conditions stated above but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
  9. I agree that partial pens should do some amount of damage, but they shouldn't be able to do full pen damage.
  10. First off, here are my armor values. And these are the penetration values of their 16" guns. My armor should easily be able to block these shells but...how are they doing partial pens that should be blocks? Range for this engagement was around 18km. Also HE shells are basically AP shells that don't ricochet.
  11. I had all my designs do this and if there were a lot of designs(4 in my case) the ship designer just wouldn’t load and just be stuck then the game would crash, had to load up my destroyer design and delete all the other ship designs and redesign all of them.
  12. I know that some others might have said this already, but the “Equipment” components in the ship designer are stupidly overweight, I’m no naval expert but some rangefinders and a radar set isn’t going to weigh as much as one of Yamato’s main gun turrets.
  13. And most of the “new hulls” are just resized versions of existing ones just with different components, not helping to diversify the game at all.
