it say's my account is in use after crashing my PC for some reason, meaning i've had no problem with any game till now and it's ridiculous i have to wait 20 mins before i can play i game i'm trying to play so i can actually put input possibly into development

nevermind fixed itself after 5-10 mins

apparently my account is playing the game and i cannot fix that do i have to reinstall the game or windows, because if so that's a tad weird as i was just in the shipyard and it force restarted my PC as i was about to finish a ship so kinda annoying... massively annoying
