I open the task manager (Control, Alt, Delete) select the launcher task right click on it and end the task. Yes the problem is still there.

I down loaded the launcher with it will not run. Every time I try to run it I get the Another instance of launcher client already exist! I have gone into tasks and killed the session and even attempted to reinstall the launcher but it does not seem to want to work. Ideas please.
