closed captions

so i recently bought a new computer, and i wanted to download ultimate admiral dreadnoughts on this computer. i went to the instructions on the website and the forums, and i cant figure out whats wrong. in the 2 emails they sent me, i cant find the launcher, like i said earlier, and it just asks me to validate my email. help please?

I would love you forever if you could make the ships split sometimes, Titanic style, or just down the middle. (Side note, it would be cool to have the C.S.A as a naval faction in custom battles.)
