Thank you very much for your advice. It appears to have resolved my issue.

I purchase the age of sail game today, downloaded it and when I tried to play it crashed immediately. There is a game crash report folder "2020-04-25_192956". I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled with the same result. I have updated windows, my graphics card driver and check my directx is the latest. They are in order. Please assist.
