[Error in the loding-screen-fact]

I recognized a mistake in this loading screen. This Class is named after the city of cologne but in German it is written as "Köln". The same applies to the ships name.

Additional it was from the German Empire so technicaly that should be an its not an her.

[Displacement limit on CA to low]

Hi,

I tryed to recreate the SMS Scharnhorst an Armored Cruiser but on of the first things one notices is that CAs are limited to 12.500t. The historical displacement was 12.985t.

Another thing I noticed is that 8'' casements are also not available (another feature of the Scharnhorst).
