Problem resolved itself after reinstalling entire game.

After explaining that my Xsolla launcher was not working, I was referred to this thread. https://status.xsolla.com/ indicates that everything is operational. I'm not sure if my problem is related, by my Xsolla launcher fails every time I attempt to update.

Launcher appears to not be functioning when I attempt to update. Whenever I try to update I get a message "Xsolla is not responding" and then the launcher crashes before it can finish updating.
