I was able to play in the past and the problem recently occurred, however the issue seems to have fixed itself so this can be considered closed.

The launcher throws the error message (screenshot attached) when attempting to log in. I have confirmed the account details are correct, re-installed the launcher from the original installer as well as a fresh installer. Please advise.
