  1. After further gaming, it seems that the issue is related to the 1890 campaign only - when I started a new campaign in 1940 it showed the correct research (Capital ship towers VI I think) but in the 1890 campaign tech tree that tech seems to be missing.
  2. Also, just to prove that the research should have been done, here are two screenshots showing me on being on the incremental levels of the research tree:
  3. I have completed all the research regarding funnels, control station while playing as Germany. Yet some parts do not show up in the ship constructor when choosing to design a Superbattleship II (yet they do in the main menu ship designer). For example, In the main menu ship designer I have options ranging from Uber funnel V-VIII and secondary tower options ranging from modern sec tower IV to Advanced tower with funnel mount IV on a ship with 1945 tech (see screenshot). However, in game even though I have "very advanced" tech levels and have completed all research (boiler upgrades, control towers etc.) I have much more limited options. Here is what I get when I open the "New design" window via the ship desing tab. Only funnel options V-VI and the advanced tower with the funnel option is missing. I suspect they are not coded into the campaign files or there is some bug that prevents them from showing up.
  4. 6 months when the campaign was supposed to come with the next upgrade? Hmmmm......
  5. Tried several times to complete the german raiding squadron mission, but as soon as the CA hits one heavy shell on my cruiser I might just as well restart. Mission seems really not fun, especially when you struggle to build a 28knot cruiser and the A just counters with a massive behemoth that hits you once, causes massive flooding and mission-kills you due to engine dmg.
  6. 1. The studio that is in charge of World of Warships is not in Belorussia, it is Lesta studios in St. Petersburg. Almost all the people involved are Russian. 2. As somebody who has been among the top players in world of Warships I can tell you the RU bias is real.
  7. I really like most of the scenarios, but all too often I feel as if I am at the mercy of RNG when it comes to the opponents I face. For example, in the "US Super Battleship" and "Design your H-class" scenarios I faced wildly differing enemies. I will just stick to the "Us Super Battleship" one to describe my frustrations. First battle - enemy has 3 15-inchers, with one 25 knot and two 31 knot ships. So I decide to go back to the drawing board and focus on a ship that has 15" gun protection and a top speed of 32 knots so I can stay within range of them. Except....next battle I am facing 16" guns armed behemoths that go at 27 knot max. For scenarios that are already quite hard I would think it would be better if the AI could not just pick and chose all the time. EDIT: Obviously when it comes to a campaign randomly generated enemies are fine, but in scenarios they just feel out of place
