  1. Which is unfortunate because the Japanese Modern Battleship II hull looks great, but it's also had these other issues that make a 1945-configuration Yamato nigh-impossible to make and should a legal design be created, it still has the advantage of being able to shoot through itself.
  2. Great that the backwards funnels on US Advanced Destroyer towers was fixed, but was also hoping that this Advanced Destroyer hull for the Soviet navy - while bigger on displacement - would allow for designs similar to Project 20 or Project 48. They need an option that has a quarter-length forecastle like the Destroyer III and IV hulls but with the tower parts of the Modern Destroyer hulls.
  3. I think in addition to the size of the launchers, the designs themselves should also be handled differently. Neither the Mk.4 or Mk.5 launchers at 21" can be properly fit into the Fast Scout Cruiser design - at least not as a quad launcher. Triples are possible, but with a degree of hanging off to the side. It's strange out of principle that the torpedo mounts tie their design only to their mark level and not also nations, since at the earliest for custom battles you'll have Atlanta-style ships with Japanese Type 93 launchers. I think if it could use the Mk.2 launcher - being the closest in design to the Mark 15 launcher - it could properly fit as a quad launcher. This is comparing a quad 21" of Mk.3 (As Mk.2 doesn't have a quad option) and Mk.5 and the length difference is staggering.
  4. It's like this for me as well and actually worse than the last time it's been brought up. Since CP.5 you can't even use the Yamato's superstructure accurately because placing the guns where they should be makes the secondary tower an illegally-placed object. Edit: I know it should be 5" secondaries, but ignoring that the top three mounts don't have the nodes to even try to take them, it wouldn't be possible to mount them even if the nodes were available.
  5. That was what I meant with fine-tuning - using CTRL for movement. Any closer from where it's positioned in the screenshot and it goes red.
  6. For this one it was mentioned to be happening in Alpha 11 as well. I was hoping from the patch notes that this gun placement was allowed again. The two 2in. secondaries still can't be placed together on the Modern Tower I, when the models will never overlap with each other. Modern Tower II will fit both. It seems like now there's always a gap when using Modern Tower I and Modern Secondary Tower I. If you try to fine-tune the position any closer it won't allow the tower to be placed. Comparing this to both of the II towers, they'll fit together to be flush with the models - no gap.
  7. Adding to your feedback on secondary placement since you have a screenshot illustrating it: you also can't place both 2in. secondary turrets on the frontmost part of the primary tower if using Modern Tower 1. On the interface for Armor and Plan you can see one of the turrets, but the second spot below it is empty, as it won't allow the second gun to be placed.
  8. Hello, I've recently set up a new PC but do not have the email with the installer URL.
