  1. Is it possible for convoy-missions, that we could sink all warships of the enemy and still fight the convoy afterwards? Or maybe it will automatically be considered as sunk, but it is totally stupid that, if the escort is killed the convoy is totally fine and unharmed. Would be nice if this could be implemented in 1.09
  2. Hey guys, Would it be possible to implement a replay-button into the game? Often you get a message that a ship is sinking or you see some incredible great hits and just would like to watch it again, so could we may get a replay button for the matches so we can see for example the last 10 or 20sec again?
  3. Me again But I think, it would be interesting, if we could get a modern torpedo boat like the Type 39 class of the Kriegsmarine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_39_torpedo_boat
  4. hmm, I would probably make it more like starting in 1914/1939 and have all the ships of the time, wich had this specific nation. You get new ships as a design (you don't need to use them but possibly could) wich also are historically acurate.
  5. I didn't mention some of them because as far as I saw, they were quiet small (for example Danzig) but yes, they existed, you're right. With the Shipyards you mentioned, it could be an interesting mechanic to add this in the game, so that you only have a special amount of ships you can build in the same time and that it maybe also have only a limited capacity for repairings
  6. Hello guys, Out of curiosity I just looked up, wich naval ports germany once had and so i found out, that in the game there are, as far as I could find out, some harbors, wich weren't naval harbors at all in this timeframe. Emden: got its naval harbor in the post war era Bremen: Bremen itself hadn't had a naval harbor. There was a naval harbor north of Bremen in the town "Wesermünde", wich is only part of the city of Bremen since 1947 and since then also called "Bremerhaven" Hamburg: never had a naval port Danzig: well, it kind of had somethingh like a naval port, but nothingh too big, it was more the city "Gotenhafen" north of Danzig wich had the port So it is nothingh too big, but maybe a small detail wich could be improved. So instead of Bremen you could place it a little bit to the north next to Wilhelmshaven and call it Wesermünde or, because they were so close together, you could double the size of Wilhelmshaven and delete Bremen Emden should be deleted completely, maybe replaced with a small harbor in Cuxhaven, but nothingh big (similar to Helgoland) Danzig could be moved a small bit to the north and called Gotenhafen Hamburg should be removed completely but there are also some important harbors wich are missing: Warnemünde near Rostock had a big naval port Swinemünde, wich is on the german/polish border also had a big naval port. Sure, this would mean, that there are fewer ports in ne north sea for germany, wich is also a big disadvantage, at least as long as russia won't get added, but history is like history is. I don't know, how it is with other nations, but I could imagine, it is kind of the same, so maybe people, who knows could answer it here and maybe it gets corrected
  7. Oh yes, and for the modern BC it could be the O-class hull. I know, they never were build, but I mean, the campain goes up to 1950, so why not H, O, P and M-classes in the future of the game? (same goes for every other nation as well, Super-Yamato and ibuki for japan, Montana for the USA and so on.) hmm, maybe this funcion could automatically move everythingh you build on the hull as far to the point, where it reaches the best balance as possible. If somethingh don't fit on this position, then it wouldn't move anythingh else further and you have to deal with the rest imbalance manually again. It would make the balance of the ship so much easier if you don't have to move everythingh, wich isn't directly attached to the main towers, individually.
  8. Oh it will run, with one frame every hour, but it will run xD Maybe we could just get a slide bar where we can set a limit of ships per divison. Maybe start with about 10 and give players, who want it, the ability to set it to unlimited. I mean, there are nearly 2.000 players out there, some of them don't like such huge battles and prefer smaller ones (like me, battles with such huge fleets are a micro management hell for me) and others, like some we heard here, like them, so why destroy their fun of the game? I can't imagine that it would be so hard to implement but every player would be happy with it. and if somewhen in the futre maybe a multiplayer will be introduces (I absolutly hope for it, it would make this game so much better if there is a possibility to play the campain with friends), then someone opens the game and is the host, wich gives the settings like dificulty and, if implemented, max size of divisions.
  9. Ah, I somehow overlooked this, thank you, this worked
  10. you mean, klick on the ship in the fleet and then click on "add crew"? Yes, I tried this
  11. it is back. I totally destroyed the royal navy in my campain (again) and looked, how many crews they had. It is mentioned with over +1000 and they have about 100 in the crew pool. But when I look it up a month later they don't have a ship in service but lost crew. Also the bug applys for myself, two of my ships have no crew even if I have about 17k in my crew pool left. I also lost random cruisers and torpedo boats in my campain without them losing in a previous fight or anythingh like this, they just surrender due to high casualties...to click "add crew" doesn't change anythingh, it still tells me, I have no crew for those two ships wich are now in my harbor with low crew.
  12. it looks like the bug, where the AI don't get crew for its ships is back again 😕
  13. Hello, Due to my playthrough from 1890 to yet the late 1930s (and continuing) I often saw some research messages that I discovered new naval tactics. I assume, that this hasn't any influence on the game yet. I don't know what is planned, but I could imagine, that it could help to get a greater victory, less losses, more enemys sunk, out of a "auto resolve". I also could imagine, that, before we start a match, we'll see a tactical screen, where we can sort our ships, say, wich role wich divison should have etc. Maybe with all this newly discovered naval tactics we could select some and, as far as we don't manually give orders to a ship, they will stricly follow this tactic and fight with it. So kind of a fully AI controlled game (if you don't give manual orders at any time) with a tactic we decide before the match. It is just an idea so I am open for other ideas and opinions to it
  14. Is it possible that the AI likes big fleets since the patch? I mean, they sometimes put their whole navy in one fleet wich results in extremly laggy matches even on highend PCs. Maybe there could be some kind of limiter for the size of the fleet or just the AI making more reasonable fleets. Because putting the whole navy into one fleet is kind of bullshit in my opinion. Also the micromanagement of such huge fights is a nightmare.
  15. well, due it is mentioned in the research-tree, I guess submarines will come sooner or later
