  1. For some reason when you enter a custom battle you cannot leave a ship design at all and battles don't launch at all the button options disappear but then you sit in port staring at your ship design waiting and it never loads or leave the ship designer at all.
  2. For more hulls would be nice that are nation specific and more fixes and corrections to turrets and guns that dont work properly or dont fit properly either.

Same with the US New Super Heavy Cruisers and the 8 inch guns for those ships as the Rear Aft Bridge somehow clips with the Turret but not the 6-inch Version even though they are the same size turret reported that earlier and nothing from anyone on that problem. There is still quite a bit of clipping problems even with the Forward and Aft bridge 2-inch mounts on the new bridges for the US upper placements for the Guns also, again nothing on that from anybody either. So, you're not alone in that

Unfortunately no it didn't also the US New Heavy and Light Cruisers added also have the same problem with the 2 inch guns on the forward and aft bridge and the new US Heavy Cruisers cant use a 8 inch gun on the Aft Bridge upper portion to fit 4 guns on it at all just shows the guns placement but cant turn or anything wont even let you take it out.

  6. the new US Heavy Cruiser Aft bridges can fit the 8 inch gun or any gun after 1935 due to the size of the gun and width of the gun turret always shows as a issue. but just the Aft Bridges have the issue other than that havnt found anything yet. The New US Heavy Forward Bridge can not fit the 2 inch gun in the given area of the bridge also just tested that it can not fit in the given or game wont let just shows up red on the placement option.

There is also a bug in the game when you thicken armor on a ship the display that you can get when firing at a ship that show armor layout and such doesn't update at ie my ship started with 8 inches of armor and stated it was 21 inches effective armor and now i got to get to 12 inches and it still says that it is 21 inches effective. Waves are also well oddly weird especially in a storm yes wave do get higher, and more pronounced in a storm but i was in the US Navy rode threw much worse storms than you show in game and yet waves didn't swamp my ship like they do in game where a wave can be 3 times taller than the ship in a pinpoint spike. At the same time a new bug has it where I can't adjust speed of my ship unless I do full reverse speed then switch ammo type my guns are using then take the ship out of full reverse let it shoot one complete volley of shells then I can adjust my speed of the ship.
  8. There is an issue any gun over 16 inches don't fire shells they have the fire effect, but no shells come out at all, and they usually go into shooting Stright up even when the ship your shooting is point blank range

Even the US used Float planes for ASW work during the second world war the Curtiss SC Seahawk could carry 2 325lb bombs on the SC-1 when it was improved to the SC-2 it could carry then two aerial depth charges and could fly at night for its time with limitations of that time. The Vought OS2U Kingfisher was in much the same realm except the load weight, and it couldn't fly at night with any of her models and improvements and could carry a single 650lb bomb or aerial depth charge, so yes floatplanes were used for ASW in the US Navy. As for the Japanese Navy was much the same but fewer models mainly the N1K1 Rex float plane built off the Shinden fighter was used for it as it could carry 2 550ib bombs or equal weight depth charge, the M6A was also another float plane that could carry either a single Type 91 torpedo or again 2 550 pound bomb and depth charges or the Eichi E16A could carry a single 550lb pound or depth charge and the Eichi E13A could carry the same as the E16A. Although Japan didn't really use float planes too much for ASW use the floatplanes themselves where capable of doing it you have to take into account that in the Japanese military at that time submarines were used for scout missions and anti-warship use, it was also in the Japanese military training that a Destroyer Escort was best used for ASW use even though Japan didn't have many classes of DEs at that time. But even early on Japan was one of the few nations at that time to include England that used Floatplanes for ASW and saw its potential but other factors played into the down play of it more due to who was in charge of the nations military which at that time was the Japanese Army.

  12. Multiplayer i can see but no matter what the development team will have to cross CV question and or make theme in game, right now no as they have enough going on development wise but it can be a DLC they work on once all things are good.
  13. They really should add float planes for that reason Spotting as for ASW that may take a long while and will require theme to build and program a whole different ship and whole different game play I'm not against it at all but may take time to really do good.

I have to agree with the no Multiplayer department mainly due to every Multiplayer game that uses the internet overtime no matter what a company does has to have 2 things and both lead to the issue I have. A you will have to have moderation of some kind in a Multiplayer game of some sort and this leads to favoritism of players IE Warthunder Moderation problem where if ya have or are friends with mods and agree with everything they say and think that Warthunder is the best thing that has ever been on this planet you can break any rule and nothing happens to you, or you can be Russian and the same thing happens and or of their nationhood and the same things again unfortunately. In sort if you are not Russian you are screwed if ya not from their country you are screwed and if you don't think they are gods well you are screwed. This happens a lot in any if not all multiplayer games in some degree they become mods and are then held to no account for their actions at all or laws of other countries they violate in anyway. B Toxicity of the community i could list many games but the moment you go Multiplayer of any kind unfortunately the worse of that community comes out IE again Warthunder, ESO, WoWS, Warcraft just to name a few that has this issue to one degree or another. And no, it isn't always on the Forums where it happens mainly happens in game all the time and no matter what a company does, they can either ignore the problem when it is easily handled then becomes a major issue, they can't get rid of or they get it under control when it is a small issue but have to near gut the community to do it, or the third option ignore it entirely and hope it just magically goes away. Generally, those two reasons are why i say no to multiplayer of any kind for this game i can already see those two issues being major and huge problems if it is done unless the company will guarantee those things will never happen and player to include all MODS that would be used are held accountable to all choices made, I can't see it working very well and driving potential customers and players away from the game.
  15. If you wanna now just let now i can set you straight currently the game doesn't have the right hulls for US Cruisers yet as most are either smaller BBs which isn't accurate or oped older designs which isn't right either
  16. the armor values of the ships in game isn't that accurate either as for example the Balitmore Class Heavy Cruiser wasn't 6 inch that is what was on paper the armor thickness on the Belt and a Citadel was about 2 inches thicker, as Light Cruisers like the Cleveland Class had 6 inches on the belt alone and weighed only around 12 000 tones on a standard load around 15 000 on a maximum load while the Baltimore's came in at around something like 14 000 to 15 000 standard and around 17 000 on a maximum load. The fact the Class from the CAD program to replace the Baltimore wasn't going to be called Boston Class not Buffalo as there was already a ship that had that name that was a Independence Class Light Carrier CVE 29, they also used the wrong hull for it anyway the Boston was to be a heavier longer and wider Cleveland hull in general in looks. Although it is a good source to start with it isn't generally very accurate when it comes to that anything ship wise so take what you see there with a grain of salt and not true in way.

Early ships of that time yes, HE was used more than HE and was more effective to metallurgy tech not being what came later but by the Time WW1 started HE wasn't used at much and it proved less effective also at that time ships weren't as armored as what would come later on. Trust when ya Gunner Mate in the Navy you learn all that stuff lol another thing that this game does get right that WoWS don't get right was range most 8 inch L55 guns engaged targets in the 17 to 20 mile range for accuracy the gun theme selves could shot near 25 miles or about 27.5KM from point of the ship but accuracy was so bad that it nick named shot gunning for that reason you hit everything but what you aimed at. At the ranges WoWS puts ships is considered point blank range and a suicide run, and the fact guns that where highly accurate like the German 11 inch guns are so poor in it that using theme it pointless. HE against smaller ships like Destroyers held on longer in use but by the time of the late 20s and early 30s many guns that were built for that role generally shot the shell so fast that the sheer speed generally caused the shell to go into the ship and out the other side due to sheer velocity depending on range and armor of the Destroyer. As for the battle of Tsushima this was a one-sided fight for 2 reasons the fact the Japanese used there big guns only when firing and the fact the ships they shot at even by those times where so out of date that there effect was pointless.

I didn't even get that far lol they claimed historical accuracy when it was released out of Beta helped theme test Beta and when they claimed historical accuracy and the 8 inch L55 gun range was not even close to accuracy or penetration values wasn't even close and how the armor no matter what melts when HE hits is when again historically accurate claimed game didn't happen in fact HE wasn't used for Ship to Ship combat at by anyone mainly due to HE being ineffective to armored ships. Yeah, after all that i quite uninstalled and walked away wasn't going to waste my time or money on a game that cant even get facts right
  19. I prefer they iron out the kinks and take their time ands release a good game once then a POS that takes forever to repair look at WoWs for example or any game now days for example

They where gonna release it but they found a crash problem and stated so and said they have to fix it and release it tomorrow if that doesn't happy then it is ok i would rather they do it right once instead of ending up like WoWS constantly fixing problems on a release that was reported and found in testing and before release.
  23. The subs arnt bad problem what you have is most player on that game don't understand ship roles neither do the devs of that game either that is probably well over half the issue.
  24. I say take there time make sure the structure of the game itself the ships building theme and such and so forth needs be spot on and problem free before they even think of releasing the game. So I can wait and test it a little here and there to ensure quality is done instead of rush job.
