  1. I totally agree with you, but unfortunately it doesn't work. There are simply too many different interests and views, even in the smallest structure of a clan. Of course, you can't please everyone, but many could perhaps make at least a few compromises to achieve a common goal that would ultimately benefit everyone involved. If you give the players a diplomatic system for this, one half will be happy and use it, the other half will scold and work against it. if you leave it up to the players themselves to regulate certain things diplomatically, it doesn't work either. because there are always troublemakers in every nation who are against any diplomatic agreement, for whatever reason. and honestly... if a peaceful collaboration in certain things doesn't even work in the real world, why would it work in a game? sad but unfortunately the reality. and the whole problem can be easily summed up with an old saying... Not because things are difficult, we don't do them, but because we don't, they seem difficult to us. Greetings and a good Wind
  2. @ Admin, Ink and all Players... Hoping that my suggestion for the Russian frigate "Shtandart" is not completely uninteresting, I would of course be very happy to hear your opinions about it. Greetings and a good Wind
  3. Hiho together o7 There are already many 5th rate frigates in naval action, but I would be very happy if maybe the Russian frigate "Shtandart" would find its way into the Caribbean. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_frigate_Shtandart The "Shtandart" fits very well with the Ingermanland, Wapen from Hamburg and Wasa, and as a frigate would be a good addition to these ships And btw, the "Shtandart" was also used in the film "The Admiral", you can see the ship in this trailer... And maybe I can still manage to sail on the replica of the "Shtandart" for a few weeks or months. That would be an absolutely great experience in my life. If you are interested in the possibility of sailing on board the "Shtandart" , you can make yourself smart here, but is unfortunately only a link in German... https://www.shtandart.ru/de/fregatte/ Greetings, good Wind and a nice Day
  4. Hiho o7 Signs and banners on the sails were no longer common at the time when Naval Action was moving, with a few exceptions. I could get excited for a DLC that offers different sail colors, but of course they should remain realistic. Because, depending on the age of the canvas, it also had a certain patina, or it had been colored from scratch. So there could be sails in different shades of gray, dirty brown, different shades of yellow, ocher, rust red and the like, which would be realistic and would offer even more possibilities for individualization. Greetings and good wind
  5. @Knuddel & @Angus MacDuff... A player can craft all ships of the line with fast wood, and with permanent upgrades and books equip for more speed... and so it's a ship of the line fast how a trincomalee. But NPC ships are not this allowed to? I call that balancing justice! And there are some ships, by the way, that are ignored by the privateer fleets, but which ones you have to find out yourself. And if you know that, you can also do PvP without fear of the privateer fleets. All that is required is a different tactic, with a lot of challenges, but that's exactly why it's more fun. And if it were up to me, you shouldn't be able to build a ship of the line out of fir, bermuda and mahogany. Please do not complain about game content that each player can use themselves. And for all... sail safe and have a good day
