  1. Hi, I have really enjoyed playing so far. Game labs have done great work. 2 questions. 1. Will we be able to create our own maps and campaigns? 2. Have you considered removing the VP's? Personnally I am not a fan. I think the aim of the battle should be to inflict as much damage on your opponent without suffering to many casualties. You should decide where to hold and where to fall back from. It should be the player that decides what his objectives should be for the upcoming phase. Maybe an option to turn them off would be a start. Probably easier to implement in multiplayer. Rgds Tarfman
  2. I love the overlay. Fits in with the aesthetic very well. Pace is good but i think an option to speed it up or slow it down as you see fit would be great. I would like to see some kind of limber/unlimber delay for moving the artillery. I think the time delay would add a bit more thinking and panic! to the game.
  3. I think units recover too quickly after been routed. it can get annoying when you see a unit you smashed show up a few minutes later on your flank or running off n capping your vp's.
  4. Its too easy as the confederates. I generally always win as the feds. That's because they are generally the aggressors and the game seems to be balanced in favour of the aggressor. I have also been beaten by the feds several times but never by union forces and I have played against different AI opponents.
  5. Will there be a matchmaking service ala COH. I enjoy strategy and RTS games but am never that good and wouldn't enjoy getting trounced in multiplayer all the time. Finding opponents of equal skill would be great.
  6. Click and drag for facing would be best. I understand that this maybe an issue with future tablet users but a click drag for facing would be great. Maybe just holding down Ctrl or alt while doing it would suffice. Once you hit either key the colour of arrow could change to indicate that you are about to change facing.
  7. Hey, Have played a few hours so far and am really enjoying it. It can be a bit overwhelming at times but i think the pacing is pretty good. The AI appears to be fairly competent which is nice. My only issue at the moment is the lack of contours or someway of discerning elevation. The map is beautiful but I find it quiet difficult to place artillery effectively because I cant discern the elevation. Is there any plans to bring something in that would help with this? Anybody else have any thoughts on this? Cheers

  9. I think people should be allowed to choose how they want to play the game rather than be railroaded into a way that the dev thinks you should play. Freedom of choice is Always better.
  10. I like option 2. Immersive and little clutter. If there was a key or action you could press perform to temporarily show unit type I think that would be perfect.
  11. Would love to test to but dont think I could commit the time necessary for what looks like a top class product. Think I'll wait until release and buy myself a nice new android tablet to play it on.
  12. Skip the Ammo. Its a RTS at the Tactical Level. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). No offence intended.
