Hey guys since I already own a copy, I was wondering if I could buy a copy for a friend. The reason I'm asking and not waiting is because I live in canada and my friend lives in the states and when the game goes on steam due to the new rules the ability to buy a copy and give it to him effectivly goes out the window...
