For Challenges it would be great if there is Academy missions where the enemy ships are always in the same configuration. Then it would be possible to see who can do the mission with the least amount of tonnage or money. I believe currently the ships you fight in the same mission are not always the same, which is great. But for Challenges it would be better if they are, so there is a possibility to compare results - well obviously individual commanding skills would also have an impact. In KSP such Challenges seem to attract lots of people

Loadingscreen text and the help function ingame (thats allready fairly full of stuff) mention that mutiple big calibers make the ranging process take longer.

Also send the files, i dont have any CTD when i play max zoomed out, might be coincidence tough

Same here, having lots of CTDs while playing missions. Are there any log files that would help?
