Something funny that I was sure to have this kind of answer. I quite sure that it was exactly the same mail with the last problem (when the game didn't load). Ok, stop sarcasm and laugh.   5. Hello everybody, Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I losed nearly all my files : and I lose Ultimate Admiral : AoS ... I can reach my Xsolla count and I still have mine in your forum. How can I do to bring back your game ? Thanks for your answer.
  6. Hello everybody, After a few battles, I can describe what I like and don't like in this game. So i like very much the details of the game. On my own, the ships are very beatifull. On top of that, I really appreciate the flags with the companies of soldiers (it is one of my regrets of not watching them in UG : Gettyburg and UG : Civil War. How fun is to see holes bullets and destructions on the enemies ships (how sad is to see on my own ... bouhouhou). By the way, the flags, during naval battles are statics, they don't run with the changing wind direction. What about the opportunity to charge differents ammo in the both sides ships ? for exemple, long range in the right side of my frigate and anti-crew in the left side. Very good idea to give us opprtunity to capture moving canons ! It can become a "little" strategy in the "big" strategy battle. Can we be able to chose how many men we want to deal with canons and supplies and how much we want to keep as rifflemen ? One thing that I don't like is are the landing operations and battles. Enemies soldiers disapear so quickly in the jungle, even if they are very close to my soldiers. It's give a very strange felling, they disapear like by magic. In one second, they are not in line of sight. Combats are quicker that in UG : G and UG : CV. Errors will be payed very fast. I prefer the rythm of the two other last games. It give me more time to check all the battlefield and react before an annihilation of my troops. When will you give us others words to read than Horatio Nelson ? is he the only knew admiral ? I have a lot of hope with the strategic part of this game. I hope that it will something similar as the Total War games. A strategic and a development part of game and a tactic part with naval and land battles. Reading my text, we can think that I don't like this game beacause they are much things that I don't like but no ! I really enjoy UA : Age of Sails and I hope that I will give some interesting informations for developers. (sorry for the mistakes, my english is not really rich). Have a nice day !
  7. Merci à vous pour avoir pris le temps de me répondre et de m'aider. Pour information, j'ai contacté xsolla AVANT vous avoir sollicité. Leur réponse à été très décevante. Ils me renvoyaient vers vous pour une solution et me donnait seulement le lien du forum de Game Labs sur Naval Action pour vous joindre. Aucune solution valable n'a été proposée. Je viens de leur envoyer un nouveau mail avec les informations que vous m'avez donné (lien de confirmation de compte manquant) et attends leur réponse. je ne vous cache pas ma déception : cela fait plusieurs jours que je perds du temps pour simplement jouer à un jeu (payé fort cher). Ayant particulièrement aimé UG :Gettysburg puis ayant vraiment apprécié les nouveautés d'UG : Civil War, je me faisais un joie de participer à l'avancée UA : Ag of Sail et ai craqué pour la version Amirale. Je crois que je ne commettrai pas 2 fois cette erreur à l'avenir. Que de temps perdu pour accéder à ce jeu ... Ne pouvez vous pas intercéder directement auprès d'xsolla pour moi car tout cela est vraiment très lassant.
  8. Re, Oui, comme précisé dans mon message, j'ai essayé l'option "oublez votre mot de passe" mais le jeu ne ne reconnait pas mon email. Voici la réponse "user not activated (email not confirmed). Biens sûr, quand je veux créer un compte pour indiquer mon adresse email, je suis informé que "username already exists". Je suis bloqué. Pouvez m'apportez une solution, merci.
  9. Bonjour, J'ai acheté le jeu Ultimate Admiral Age of Sails en version amiral. Je ne peux pas jouer : le jeu ne reconnait pas mon mail ou mon mot de passe. Quand je veux retrouver ou changer mon mot de passe, on m'informe que je n'ai pas de compte. Quand je veux créer un compte, on me dit que le nom d'utilisateur existe déjà. Cela fait plusieurs jours que je cherche vainement une solution : je suis écoeuré. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci.
