I agree with this, no one should let their passing fancies sway them by some random gust of wind. If one decided to go trading, crafting or whatever one should live with the decision. It's part of being a captain. Next time one can coordinate where to be to join a battle. This works in EVE Online just fine. Everyone coordinates large scale battles or chance upon them. I find that and opportunity attacks quite thrilling. Note: I do get why people enjoy the teleporting options. Hope a good midway decision can be struck.

I had not heard of these thank you! My last experience with listening to an audiobook was quite enjoyable. I was thinking how hard it would be to listen to an Aubrey Maturin book, and having to stop and look for the definition of a word, but I actually think listening might make it easier since I just have to pause the audio instead of holding on to the book page. Man, what laziness of mine, I read the Lord of the Rings with a dictionary next to me while growing up.

Lines of Defense, usually enemies would not attack the island on the fort side, so they'd send troops inland, and attempt to break the gates on the south of the islands, if successful the Spanish soldiers would retreat from 1 to 3 the third being the most heavily fortified position, from the San Cristobal Fort all the way back to "El Morro".

Greetings gentlemen! I've recently purchased the first book in the Aubrey-Maturin series by the late Patrick O'Brian. (Master and Commander) From the little I've read to date I can assure you it's fine literature. Perhaps a bit harder to read that what most people are used to (due to the terminology used, they even sell a Lexicon ), however, it's been a good read. Has anyone had experience with the series or any other Age of Sail books? It's amazing how much one is forced to learn about sailing terminology in them.
