I played on the PVP 2 US server, I had one character and it was a British Post Captain and I believe I stopped playing the game a little under a year ago

Hi, I recently started playing Naval Action again and I noticed I had no XP grants that I could redeem even though I have 130+ hours in the game. My friend has XP grants and was able to redeem them. Anyone able to help? Thank you.
