Hi all I'll preface this by saying I have not played this game in many months but I wanted to get back into it. However, when I logged on the other day I noticed that my rank is back down to midshipman. I understand ship wipes are not uncommon but XP wipes? Any answers would be great. Thanks

So, I haven't started this game in a while and decided I wanted to try and pick it up again. The problem is when I try starting the game up it doesn't launch. I get stuck on a black screen and eventuall have to exit out of it via task manager. I have tried reinstalling the game and everything. Any tips? Thanks.
