    koltes u do realize if the spanish take the port all the port improvements will drop by a lvl then when u take it all the improvements will drop another lvl so your tribunal is pointless and the devs since vco still owns the port since it was taken on release by vco wont step in ur complaining because someone demolished 2 upgrades by 1 lvl in the port their clan owns. which is a game mechanic. what ur doing is going to drop all upgrades by 2 lvls . you also do realize that many alt clans own many port in other nations and you dont see them trying to justify the actions of 1 clan to an entire nation by making 3 tribunals about the same port in the same day

    there is no logic there consider about half the clan is still pirate and quite active in port ownership only those that chose to go russian went russian many stayed pirates, there is no this port is owned by an enemy nation its owned by a pirate clan in the pirate nation and some of their members went to another nation. u only want this change so that u can justify the actions ur clan took in helping the spanish to flip neuvitas cause u see vco as a russian clan rather then a pirate clan with more then 40 members active in it and it changes it to the largest clan/strongest clan in the nation can steal any port they want from weaker clans that they dont like or dont want owning ports. its basicly becomes join us or die.

    u realize your endorsing gold sellers, basicly ur saying if they dont talk about it on the game chats its ok. cause u wont take other platforms like discord or reddit as evidence of these transactions. ur also not stating the consequences if people are buying game assets for real world currency. or the penalty of those that are selling it but not using the game chats to broker the deals,

    this player has been breaking the ToS for NA for over a year by selling game assets for real life currencies, this player should face the full force of authority and face a perma ban and any account linked or logged in on that IP before for player Black Market from EBAY clan

    the ability for pirates to join both sides of a battle has been around for more then 2 years. its been around since outlaw battles. other nations only complain because us pirates use this feature to our advantage as pirates should.

    that feature for pirates has been in the game for over 2 years if the devs thought it was so unbalanced and unfair they would of changed it before release

    they tried that already with limiting what pirates could make however they cant limit what pirates could sail. or capture. alts come into play here when acquiring what they cant make under pirates by using alts in other nations to build 1st rates

    and whats to prevent players who own multiple copies of the game from joining the other side to do this exact same thing but using alts.

    and another point if u had an issue with pirate mechanics should have brought it up during the early access rather then after release if the devs dont feel these mechanics need to change then its rather moot to try and get them to change it. as admins have said pirate mechanics are working as intended in tribunals over this very topic

    only reason people complain about it to tribunal is because pirate nation have an exclusive mechanic that fits being a pirate. we dont play fair hence why this mechanic exists.

    the pirate mechanics have been around for over 2 years at this point changing them to suit other nations agenda's would not be better for the pirate nation. if were going with a tribunal, about joining both sides would not using an alt account achieve the exact same things, example brit and dutch in battle say brit LGV tagged by dutch trinc, well dutch uses sweed nearby connie to join brit side to open up dutch side to add more ships then sweed leaves battle on brit side. is that not the same mechanic ur complaining about the difference is the pirates have always been able to join both sides of a battle and other nations have adopted using alt accounts in other nations to do that same.

    we already know most of the players that play pirates wouldnt vote on changing working mechanics, only ones who would vote on that idea are those that are annoyed with pirates

    also ur screenshot doesnt show anything other then the boarding so there is only ur word to go off of for this tribunal with no photo'd evidence

    so he engaged the pirate or was an ally of the pirates. there is no rule against being allies with other nations

    if he never fired at u then how were u kept in battle then u did give chase did u not, and last i checked annoying u with false tags and tagging u when u tried to logout was part of the game i mean the brits do it as well. as do every other nation, u do know u could of simply surrendered ur ships or closed the game down and just ignored him tagging u, it was ur choice to indulge this player who was tagging u to keep his territorial waters protected.
