  1. Guys your ideas are a joy to read, can only dream it happening. As the required man hour for this huge project and rewritting the game engine, plus requirement of some alien technology to perform all of this... So let's keep dreaming, at least npc will be attacking ports, by the ehm? great request by player base ? We should be content at least. ah btw I do not know about rover but we do not wanna make Vernon sad !

They will never understand any rule, including ROE, RVR, patrol ROE, and many other things, they need someone to tell them, or they need this forum and latest valid patch notes, also some stuff has no patch notes ever. This is another big problem of Naval Action, don’t you think @admin ? There needs to be in game encylopedia or integrated and updated wiki.
  4. When ROE became 2 minutes, first time my clan mates enjoyed the PZ. We had fairly even battles Last night we tried again with this 10 min. crap. I am not sure my friends will come to PZ again. We were 8 and we had 25 Russians against us, they just rained on us. Even some people joined on our side BR was 900 vs 2800 something. I wish this nonsense is Hot Fixed soon.
  5. You are right but still best solution so far, because sometimes you have even battles when there is no zerg around or zerg is ganking others, and they miss 2 minutes join timer for ganking. I can find solutions for Shallow Patrol as ship BR are close to each other but deep waters make it complicated.
  6. Why not increase the joining players gradualy. Start is no limit for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes when there is a weak side, keep weak side open until both sides are within %13 difference. if both sides difference is equal or less than %13, increase both join BR by %50 or more. This can keep happening until patrol limit Br and for 20 minutes. So the trick is battle br increases instead of closing, when both sides br are closer than %13.
  7. You did not, admin changed the ROE again, it was too good to be true. Now for 10 minutes anyone can join, after 10 minutes only to weaker side And also I complained about zero patch notes about this situation and my post immediatly deleted.
  8. So you can hide behind port spawn point, and tag them immediatly ?? I do not get the purpose...
  9. Making max investment level to be 3 and cost to be 20 points, level 2 to cost 16 points, brings much more choices. You can only pick 2 out of sail/hull/crew, I do not count mast and rig which is meh. So you would see many different shipyards for different builds. Square fort to be 7 points, round towers 3 points. Imagine the diversity. And as @Gregory Rainsborough purposed, every port to be upgraded to maxiumum 55 points, if you have vm/cm/dubs/reals.
  10. It is a big problem, and yes friend list size needs to be increased.
  11. Needs a big nerf for sure. Remove all 55 points ports, make most points 33, and increase 33 point ports. So you can have 4+4 as biggest bonus, remaing 3 points can be defence, farm or minor stats. This gives diversity on different ship building ports. Decreases OP status of ships which are 4+4+4+3+2 In fact 4 point bonus is also op, like to maximum 3 upgrades. Gunnery 4 is another big gunnery book, Sailing 4 is another naval clock plus other upgrades, crew 4 and hull also op.
  12. Alts are allowed, even part of the game by development, and now he has to think how to avoid them, at the end blocking all real action and good content we need. Port owner gives permission for raid defence, clan only or + friends or +nation and clan owners know the consequences !

Why can not the owning clan join from port and make it a pvp battle instance, clan can give rights to friendly list to join. Yet you decide on stuff by yourself, present it to us, and wait us to behave like some others which all we know, "ohh such a great content, I need to defend it, no all other players are wrong", bla bla... So far both NPC raids (omg to this) and Players raids seem to be awful. So TIME WILL TELL, we shall see, if they are success, even I have the right to criticise, I will apologise. So this game is released, is it ?
  14. We were expecting and all talking about PVP Raids (I MEAN PVP, Player versus Player with Players) Now we have the NPC raids on WAR Server ? Wtf is going on? You guys trying hard to make us quit the game ?
  15. So does it make it rightful to introduce some kind of radar into the game? Why don't we remove ndb and dme from the game but use only dead reackoning and a realish sextant instead of GPS? We have from 40 to 1200 crew on our ships, some must be navigators I guess? Some must be on look out, many jobs open for hire on our ships, but where are these professional sailors/officers? It is already discussed that sextant should make position update on long intervals while you will have dead reckoning in between, plus when you are close to shore or even better a port, your accuracy will increase with identifying land with your maps and profile maps. So we will have a plotted route on your map, with th your estimated ship position as discussed above. Would'nt be both realistic and easier???????? @admin why the hell my man on look outs do not shout for enemy ship on horizon and ring some bells for God's sake? Also consider the realistic and easy navigation please and put some navigators on board. These make the game, but gps dot / sonar /radar, noooo. @admin please check the picture added o7
  16. What is the problem with afk sailing ? Game is offering something so we do not afk sail for hours, am I missing something ?

  18. Because developers want the game to die! They do not have a vision for this game. Most importantly they do not know about their own game. They do not know how their game plays. It is very obvious this game can be 10 times better with some small fixes and improvements. They are still working on the game, but consuming their energy on the unneeded stuff, they do not want to solve real problems.
  19. Port bonus needs to be nerfed big time, and some personal perks can be added with huge xp required.
  20. This problem always existed, many solutions has been offered. Result: they removed the reinforcement zones which was supposed to protect new players. The handfull of hardcore pvp guys were unhappy about the green zone. I also made some posts and warned the devs just before release. Game has been released, I farmed 80 combat medals in one day (8+6 hours session) around Mortimer town, cause my clan needed combat medals. I felt so bad, I did not do pvp for more than 1 month. So this is the game we have. Accept or move on, I accepted.
  21. Anyway I still would like to have less nations which are historicaly correct, ! real pirates ! and option of being privateers who are also free to choose any nation flag, be it turkish or uganda
