  1. Watch from minute 38, do not forget this ship had fireship mod on hit, and we kept shooting it to make it explode. Music on the stream perfectly fitting the scene "good jjob good jjob boy, dizz iz epic"
  2. You can not judge from that Bobzilla Nuke, cause it was a fireship, could not fight, only fireship, it is a risk I guess normal fireshocks and explosions can be balanced.
  3. I am glad I did not buy the remaining dlc (3 of them which I did not buy) and I was considering second copy of the game(considering due to moral issues) Thx for latest patch! Glad I did not buy them.

  5. Problem is battle instance is fast paced, and all battles are close distance ones, that makes 32 carro overpowered in this game. I know , in real life some ships getting caught in bad position and without cannons, they knew they had no chance against cannons.
  6. So carronades were the prefered type of weapon used in battles in real life ? Which one came first carronades or cannons ? I guess carronades must be the most advanced weapon and all the ships using carronades at that time, cause they are very powerfull.
  7. The carro meta + repair meta. That is the latest state of the game. In this game combat is close distance most of the time. So carronades rule, 32pd and above are very powerful. They are still accurate, so they rule the waters. They should be less accurate and less powerfull. Full carronade trinco has same or better broadside weight than 4th rates, or even Wasa. Port bonus crew 4 is very op when combined with 1 good repair upgrade and 2 repair books. It is like aliens are regenerating the ship from death. As mentioned many many times, hard caps need to reduce and stacking same type of mods should have penalties.
  8. I still think, the bigger the ship, the more repair and maintenance cost it requires. Just like bigger tanks in WOT without premium account, may be it should require dubloons for line ships
  9. So we should buy another copy of NA to store ships ? That is the fair approach ? Big clans are already doing it mate, but "is it the normal, to buy other accounts to store ships" ? But "it is not normal to have clan docks as a normal game feature" while our clans owns lots of ports, owns millions of reals, tens of 1st rates...
  10. Sorry for misunderstanding but you never said you are looking into it, in any of the post. I do not remember. So I thought you did not care. I do not mean "he does not give a f.." , there is a misunderstanding. It is about language I think, I am not native speaker, you are not I guess, but you are sometimes very defensive, even people do not mean it. Is it really too much coding to add some clan docks ? Isn't it basicaly another window to be added, sorry again for my ignorance.

  12. Many of us lost connection to "PVP" server, for about 10-15 minutes. Pve was working fine, some English guys kept the connection, but US and Rest Europe guys lost the connection.
  13. Indefatigable is a 4th rate now, Endymion is 5th rate, so who would prefer standart frigate ? For me I would go with Ingermanland instead of Endymion, but where are the others...
  14. We have raided few ports, and the loot was not worth the effort. So I am considering to do the raid by 3-4 ships only, but people are eager for these kind of activities. I think the difficulty of the raid can be increased a little bit, but the loot should increased like %30 to %50 percent. On the top ports, may be when raid is successful, a message shows for the nation whose port was raided ! Like "Vera Cruz has been raided by British" btw @admin I like what you guys are doing with NPC, they seem to be much better nowadays. note: it takes to kill 2 stupid npc traders in patrol zone, to collect 6 combat medals. So I really think raid should give more combat medals.
  15. All it needs to increase many ships hp by %30, restrict carro on upperdeck only for 5th rates, remove 32 pounder carros and replace them with 24pdr, it is all done
  16. @LeBoiteux you have a very interesting view point, you express that many time. Let's remember this is a game. Why should I use any other ship, other than Endy or Trinco, excluding free DLC ships? These golden boys has near similiar hp, thickness and broadside power compared to other 4th rates, and they are much faster. They have similiar speed to other 5th rates but they are double their hp, firepower. So it is natural and normal, we are all sailing endy, trinco etc., but why do we have the remaining ones?
  17. The Zerg should have more ships ready ! Be a good zerg, make us proud.
  18. What are you gonna do when pvp hunters keep coming with trinco and endymion, and they will keep coming, I assure you. Are you gonna fight with a frigate or surprise against them? Currently Trinco is your ticket to a fair fight. Main problem is, 5th rate ships other than endy, trinco, diana, santa cecilia etc. are very very weak on terms of hp and firepower. So they will get crushed if the guy in Endy etc. is half decent.
  19. I am not happy at the current ship disturibution at the OW. It is very rare to see Frigate, Essex, La Belle Poule, Surprise, Cerberus etc. Some of the these ships are only seen in shallow patrol but that's also another problem for other 6th rates which are all dead except Niagra / LRQ / may be Snow and Prince. For example, a trincomalee is a non-permit ship which has 9000 hp, 800 broadside weight, decent crew and sailing profile. Endymion is a permit ship and is even better at some points. There are few more competative ships but they are no where to be found (Diana etc.) while the inferior 5th rates (most of the remaining ones !) only have around half the hp and also half the broadside weight. (frigate 5000 hp, 560 broadside weight) So as a result, we mostly see Trincos and Endymions or bigger ships around. Purposal : Do not change the broadside weight of all these ships but increase their hp, may be around %50. So this may make them more competitive on OW, they will be at least something. Also same goes for the 6th rates, they need to have more hp. Alternative Purposal : Nerf the hp of endymion / trincomalee and other superfrigates to make rest of he ship pool more attractive. we also need some love for Pavel / 3rd rate / Victory.
  20. I forgat to redeem 24 cm wasted lots of hours. I am sure this is happening to many players.
  21. Hello, I am not happy about 24 hour cooldown for DLC ships and paints. I purpose a new timer to be available just after maintenance. So even if you redeemed your Ratvisan 3 hours before or 23 hours before maintenance time, you can redeem one just after maintenance. You still can redeem only 1 ship within 24 hours interval. Currently if you redeemed at 0100 am local time, and lost a ship, next evening you need to skip the peak player hours without the dlc, or you have to sleep early, your 1 redeemable is wasted. I do not see any positive thing on the current 24 hour cooldown. This is not a mobile game that we can buy gold coins to skip timer. So it does not matter for developers if everyday our timer for DLC resets after maintenance time. This will bring more players and pvp/pve to the server at the peak hours.
  22. I want to suggest an auto-redeem function for patrol zone events. As the server goes to maintenance, all rewards should be automaticaly redeemed. If this is not technicaly possible, I want to have reminder before logging off the game like: "You have unredeemed patrol zone rewards, do you still want to log off?" Also it would be pleasant to have a reminder like "your gifts will be expired in 5 days, do you want to redeem them" for the gifts like Santa Cecila.
  23. Look at KPR or Mortimer. At capitals the wind gusts are at places where hunters will camp, just border of old greenzones So hunters wait with wind bonus, while guys sailing away from ports do not have the bonus. They should be close to the capital ports, a risky distance for an hunter, but also not too close the ports. For normal ports it should be away.
