"Could not get your game access details..." Error

Hello all. My game is throwing this error when I came back to play the game after a few months' break. I checked Xsolla's server status and all services were listed as operational. Is there anything on my end I could do to fix this error? Many thanks in advance.

ships What is your favorite frigate? (5th rates)

I was just wondering (because of the massive amount of frigates in the game) what other people prefer when they use one, I personally enjoy the Surprise and Renomee the most since their strengths help with destroying merchant ships. What are your thoughts?
