  1. Really? Bringing junk to right merchant will gift you with sweet pvp drinks that have nice boost to every spec. Not many know about it. So, useless junk is not so useless after all is it? Missions have same mod drop rate as OS fleets. No difference what you do.
  2. Why Potbs is so much more enjoyable and they have tons of cool mods? They figure it out. I think it's time to take a look at them .
  3. Then you should not be playing MMO game. PvE content is the Core here. Go Legends or go look for Simulator game. Do you understand that soon you will be the last group of players in this game.   4. We need few things done to mods: Permanent mods - Increase drop rate from fleets by 50% and fill the market with rare mods. If I get 2-4 mods per ship I will list the rest on the market and make other player life easier. Proper design of every MMO. General Mods - Once found and used they will stay with you forever. Once used them can't sell. If you did not use the mod you can list it on the market. Keep everything else as it is. 2nd option add quality to mods. The better the quality the more lives it has. Mastercraft - 3 Lives, Uncommon - 2, Basic -1. Basic mod drop rate per ship 100% Uncommon Mod 70% Mastercraft 25%
  5. You have Legends for that. We have MMO here and these games require all that good stuf.
  6. Well if you turn them to books there is no need to search for them if you found one. This will eventually kill Fleet content. Everyone will learn these books and there will be no need to grind anymore, so we need something in between. Lives on mods work as they prolong their use and give you time to reacquire them.
  7. Agree, that is why mods should have lives or if you want to be realistic their quality will slowly vanish as you sink. Basically when you sink mods will be transferred to your personal box.
  8. What about your best mods? If you got ganked and lost it all will you go back to reacquire them again?

Let's be realistic here, 1 dura feature alone is not working and it is killing the game slowly. @admin if you play Naval Action then you know what we are talking about and why we will not go back. Add what I mentioned above or introduce 3 dura frigates, 2 dura 2nd rates, 1 dura 1st rates. More and more Vets leaving your game because they are tired of all this work and grind if we get sunk.
  11. Time required to start over and prepare everything is just not worth it. Especially if you lost all mods.

Yesterday's example - an experienced player sunk in an uneven battle - slammed the door and left the game. He was from one of the most active pvp clans on stream. From this we can clearly tell that Developers loosing even their most devoted population because of 1 dura ships and difficulty to restore mods that were grinded for weeks. What we can do about this: 1. Allow durability stacking up to 3 lives. Buy/Build 3 ships and combine them. (Add warning when about to go on the OS - Warning! You are about to sail using your last durability. Sinking with last durability will destroy all mods). Easy. 2. Introduce lives to mods. 3/3 (3rd dura) --> 2/3 (2nd dura) --> 1/3(loose all) or Sinking in last Durability ship will destroy all mods instantly.
  13. Actually you are wrong here. You must show player names and especially show how much damage player is doing and how much reward they get after battle is finished. It's very important. Don't make it all blind and dull again I thought you went that road already and you are going to repeat it all again? Make game shine as much as possible. If players see your name and they want you dead first, let them I will use my tactics and stay in group. Too much reality already hurt NA open world. Look how positive the new mechanics are, people are tired of realism give them what they want.
  14. @adminwe could scavenge ammo from killed NPCs same as we do for repairs. Also, add trade between ships in battle and on OS and you will never need to worry about people complaining about ammo. Not only that ammo production will boost Economy and player activities. I understand it takes time to program and you like short cuts, so I am not expecting anything. P.S. fix repair quantity and make them 1 repair kit repairs X amount, and not 200 repairs repair X amount. Just silly.
  15. @admin1 dura ships make people crazy. Make Duras stack-able and it will fix the problem. Player mentality is protecting 1 life ship no matter is he got it for free or payed for it. If player knows there are few more lives left such rage will not develop. Also, if you reward killed player or provide insurance it will help him feel better. No one wants to start over. Imagine you had all the best mods that you spent weeks grinding and boom you are ganked and all is lost. I would not go back and grind again. It takes forever. So, to fix second problem you could also add lives to mods. If you get killed mod slowly breaks down 3/3 --> 2/3 --> 1/3 --> Lost Hope it helps.
  16. @admin here is your answer, even events suck. So, like I said it many times rewards rule them all. Keep ignoring them. Players have no reason to go out there and play, especially pvp.
  17. Make them similar to potbs. 1 repair kit = % repaired + timer and not 100 kits to repair %. It's easier to get 10 kits vs carry 100s for each type.
  18. Do you understand that with new physics your damage output is now double. For example my Constitution can unload 3 broadsides now within 2 mins. So, repairs now are actually weaker compared to what we had before. DPS due to turn rate helps a lot here. I really do not see any issues here or reason why reps/ rum should be crew heavy or something. Maneuver game is all what matters now.
  19. I think turn force should be stronger is waves are larger, and little less if sea is calm. We need weather adjustment. Heavier seas = stronger winds = better turn force.
  20. 90% crew? Jesus. What did I pay my carpenters for? Fk it, marines get the fkn planks and start rebuilding the ship, drop your muskets and remove your red coats. All to work! You are out of balance a bit here.
  21. I give them time until 01/01/18, if there is nothing new by then I am out for good and my ratings with me. I am not saying everyone should follow, but just use your common sense. I am personally just tired of waiting. They promised game by the end of 2017 and I want to see it happens. Happy Thanks Giving to you all.
