Was hugging the coast tonight, well inside the 'safe' zone outside the Charleston entrance, when I was tagged. There was no option to call for reinforcements in combat. Lost my vic and upgrades. Also, I had turned off Survive, hoping to go into fireshock, but once boarded, Survive was back on.

Does the color blind option actually do anything? I can't see that it makes any difference at all. The red text on dark backgrounds, for me, is almost completely unreadable. Also, the battle crossed swords icon is completely lost against a bright sky. Please provide an option to adjust those colors so they are visible and readable.

Have they restored anyone's ship lost due to this error?

Yes, I was trying to do a fleet for the first time and reorganize which ships were in it. The terms were ambiguous, and no warnings were made about 'this will delete the ship' or some such. If you say 'Class Dismissed' it does not mean the class is dissolved or deleted or killed -- it means you disperse it back home where it can reconvene later. This appears to be an English translation problem with the word 'dismiss.'

Yes, Gemma is absolutely right. DISMISS does NOT imply that something is killed or deleted. "Class is dismissed" does not mean that class is deleted or killed or destroyed. It means that the class is dispersed back to its home. This clearly appears to be an issue of English not being the first language by the devs. There is no reason to say 'dismiss' when you mean 'delete' -- this needs to be redressed. This is such a basic customer service issue -- the ONLY correct answer from support, here, is -- "I'm sorry, that instruction is unclear. I'm restoring your ship. I'll notify the developers that this issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible so other people don't have the same problem." Restore Gemma's ship. Then restore mine, for the same reason. If this problem isn't fixed and ships not restored, I don't see a reason to continue to support a game that doesn't support the players.

I was trying out the fleet commands and my fully outfitted snow disappeared from my ship list. How do I get it back? On pvp global.
