  1. Besides white substance, I also sometimes swallow my pride. Like in this case, Hachiroku is probably the best candidate to be a moderator considering the knowledge of the game paired with his network of players/friends. It makes him have a unique perspective and with that enforce the rules and peace without being 'unfair'. I think he would make a great mod. Not just a moderator tho, he is a voice of the people, a perfect bridge between dev's and playerbase. A caring and loving friend with a tough fairness about him. I vote YES.
  2. @Christendom Clearly griefing, without a doubt. Stuff like this should be punished and shared as to prevent this from happening in the future. Not everyone checks tribunal posts, let alone read the rules. Personally I'm just here for shits 'n giggles as most tribunals are created out of pure saltyness. I hope the accused gets a wipe and becomes an example for other players.
  3. Revenge was sweet, I only forgot to take screenshot. Good thing we had a spectator.
  4. Ok ok, new offer. I will let you lick my log cutter. Deal?
  5. Afaik, Inger is not the only ship with that probem. Also some of the bigger ships have limited sight when looking from broadside PoV. Weither this is intentional or not, it would be nice to see some improvement in that area.
  6. Yeah, let's turn this into a complete arcade game. Lets also add exact position of impact for projectiles fired with a red zone covering possible dispersion, quick example below:
  7. @Hans the Hawk fix ur goddamn signature! Driving me crazy.
  8. I usually don't agree with that wannabe Hebrew, but we are going to join poland otto.
  9. Best way to do this is straight up board the first ship. Then swap to AI vessel and kill the remaining cerb. Also im fairly certain the brigs in the demasting tutorial were equipped with medium cannons judging by the dispersion and reload time, i think the same applies to the final exam (mediums + carro's in the rear). EDIT: Forgot to press play on vid from previous comment by @z4ys. Thats the easiest/most efficient way.
  10. Nice! I guess ppl will just have to learn to watch their back like in the good old days. Alltho I wouldn't mind increased protection for newer players that haven't yet reached max rank.
  11. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vpd0gIGgJNqaRYqAppB3IbX_TX8zNhx-nVY1jq72QFA/edit?usp=sharing This is from like a month ago if I remember correctly, confirmation weither this is still up to date would be appreciated. How to boost speeds with mods would require you to know speed at certain angles for all vesels and knowledge of how to calculate from there which is too much effort for me to even look at haha, sorry. Anyways, here is a list with speeds for those vessels at several angles. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1js9d6mtaCmQWiQDNi560koZ0h54tjHrAbYDBHUHRaEM/edit?usp=sharing Also here a confirmation would be nice.
  12. Greg, don't act like the fleet that would have to defend you shitty timed ports is one that isn't purely EU based with maybe some US or w/e players that stay up till crazy late. Nitpicking at it's finest... I would like to see solely your clan fill a port battle, only then your argument holds any value.
  13. Or maybe because you can acces forum from mobile or anywhere with interruption which can't be said about playing the actual game especially when prepping for or participating in a PB.
  14. There are really valid reasons here as to why your proposal isn't the greatest to put it mildly. Why not make a proper argument for your point of view instead of rambling like a politician with 1000 words, but no real information. I get that its fun to craft good ships and it makes you appreciate the value more especially if you have to collect resources yourself. The downsides of this do however heavily outweigh the upsides.
  15. The french are 50/50 as their nation is partially murican, so lets not compare a purely EU compromised fleet to one that is playing in a different timezone...
  16. Let's not pretend that you look after anyone or anything but yourself...
  17. That or 2 forced windows (2 different times in noon/evening for the two most popular timezones) to prevent dodging or ppl holding onto ports that they can't defend and are thus killing content for the rest.
