  1. Members of [RUBLI] have been intentionally joining [SORRY] missions and trying to steal loot from sunken ships (which they did not contribute to) in order to provoke [SORRY] members into retaliatory action so that they can "report" and get these [SORRY] members punished or banned. This is not the only instance of this, but most recently dron441 of [RUBLI] joined my Demon mission in a Trader Cutter. He kept his distance, but continued to loiter. As he approached the ships I was engaging, I informed him via chat that he would be demasted if he attempted to steal loot. This was the conversation had: This clearly shows dron441 joined this mission with the intention of eliciting a response in order to create a Tribunal. You can see him trying to sneak up on the sinking ship that my Bellona is ramming in order to loot it before me. He never fired a shot (because he had no cannons), and sailed as close to the AI as possible in order to get himself hit by my cannon fire while I was shooting at AI (note: He was never hit by me. Also notice the added chat after the first ship sunk where he admits to doing this multiple times to other [SORRY] members): On several occasions, he also swerved in front of my Bellona, clearly trying to force me to unavoidably ram him so that he could come here and cry "Green on Green!". Notice that there are no guns on his ship. I won't raise the issue of "loot stealers" being a problem as that has been raised in other Tribunals. Rather, I consider this to be a separate, much more serious issue. This is players engaging in activities with the expressed intention of getting other players banned. In this case, he literally admits to it in chat. Other [RUBLI] members have engaged in this type of activity as well (Gamover of [RUBLI] recently created a tribunal thread 2 minutes after attempting this same activity against a [SORRY] member), but it is not limited to them. This type of behavior requires aggressive punishment, in my opinion. Trying to get other players banned for doing nothing wrong is attempting to rip off a legit, paying customer. This is one of the most serious offenses in any game and is usually punished by a straight up ban.
