I think what they did now is fine, i would only allow 3rd rates to enter all deep water Port Battle -
Frigates already have their place in open sea and for people who like to gank other people and traders

I am very sad that 3rd Rate Ship of the Line will now be obsolete in the game as they have no place to fit in, too big for hunting in open world and not allowed in most Port Battle, and not big enough to go in Regional Capital Port Battle. 3rd rate were the most common ship of the line historically speaking, so they should be the more common in game. And for that to happen i think a good start is to allow them to be the more powerfull ship in the most common category of PB, the new "medium" PB category.

That's because it's not really a war between 2 enemies, but an alliance war, at least that's how i view it
