  1. I cap a ship and within 5 seconds of leaving the boarding won screen. I have lost 50 crew due to a Pavel that is 200 yards away shooting at me. I am almost max armor and yet my crew is getting annihilated.. Do you guys even test this stuff? Do you even play your own game? I'm starting to see why this community is dying... You are making bad decisions way too often and messing with things that didn't need to be messed with.. Also the AI should NEVER be able to switch to attack or defend at the last 2 seconds.. That is nonsense.. I almost lost my Santi because of that just now, due to an AI doing that twice in a row, at the last 2 seconds, when there was no way, any human being could react.. That's not fun.. That's cheesy..
  2. Can we not derail my thread with what you would like to see. please make your own topic.. Side note: I think not allowing people to run will kill this game.. People should always have the option to run if they can.
  3. It happens frequently where I kill every ship off that has sails up and I wonder.. "Why the mission didn't end?" Then I look at the list of living AI and see there are two ships alive. They just decided to drop their sails across the map and now I have to sail 50 minutes to get back upwind to them.. Please make AI not drop their sails as if they have been captured.. Thank you.
  4. Think I agree. Ports seem kind of meaningless and lots of undefended port swapping going on.. Needs to feel like you did something and there needs to be a notable bonus for it.
  5. It's taking a lot longer to finish missions due to the increase to armor in game. People are failing missions due to the increased time it takes to kill. I actually like the new damage model, it feels good. But I think we need to make accommodations for it. I think the time for missions, needs to be increased to at least 2 hours, from the 1 hour and 30 minutes it currently is.
  6. 1 and a half miles is too far. Takes like 30 mins to chase a ship that far away, who is upwind... People will keep failing missions.. 1 mile max would be preferable.
  7. Happens all the time. I do a mission and the enemy AI gets drug 30 minutes away, making me fail the mission. Please make the enemy AI do a distance check on the player and not allow themselves to be outside a max range of a living player. Thank you.
  8. Here is part of the problem. This fog. Here is a picture of me, sitting right in front of port, looking directly at the dock, from point blank range.. You can't even see the dock.. I'm looking right at it, so close I can enter the port.. This fog seems to be persistent even in the best of weather. It eases up, but it never fully disappears now.. It seems they increased fog density and persistence but increased the visibility range of markers? Which obviously helps not at all, when the fog is completely covering the markers.. This is a real issue. I know people who won't even do missions anymore, because it's becoming ridiculous to find the missions. People do not log in to play a game and ENJOY their time. So that they can sail around in a circle for an hour, trying to find a marker that is incredibly hard to see.
  9. It was like that last week. Then like 3 or 4 days ago it changed and became very hard to see.

  11. That's the exact point I'm trying to make.. You DON'T see them, when you WOULD see a ship.. You don't see them until they are much closer than you would see a ship..
  12. Pretty much says it all lol.. It's clear to me that something you guys did recently, completely borked the visibility of mission markers.. Idk if it's this ridiculous fog, that never goes away or if you actually adjusted the visibility distance but please change it back.. increase the visibility by a lot please. This is annoying.. If you make missions annoying, you're going to push PVE players out of the game and right now they are annoying to find.
  13. New player to the game and I am really enjoying myself. Just one things been really bugging me. The AI always steals my kills. I will go head to head with another ship, beating it all by myself until all of the armor is gone and it is leaking and sinking. Not other person could even of hit it. I tend to lure a few away to kill them easier. Then as it is sinking, all of the armor gone off the front and side.. An AI on my team comes up and hits it a few times and gets the kill? That...... I have to take a deep breath to hold in how truly aggravating that is.. To work hard and earn the kill and just have it stolen by some AI. I did 90% of the damage to these ships. The AI hits it a few times before it actually goes down and steals my xp? Not a happy moment...lol I sincerely hope you will adjust that so that the people earning the kills, actually get credit for them. Thank you and keep up the hard work. LOL Я искренне надеюсь, что вы будете регулировать , что таким образом, чтобы люди, зарабатывая убийство , на самом деле получить кредит для них . Спасибо и держать тяжелую работу .
