It costs 5000 gold to use the forged papers because you need to pay to close your free out post? Seems kind of dumb to me.

I have been chat banned and I am assuming it was because of my which was admittedly offensive and I don't want to put it here and get banned again. I have deleted said character but the chat ban continues. Is this permanent? If so a warning is needed before a permaban. I enjoy this game and would like to continue playing.
