  1. You're right. But a warship should be NOT able to use the smuggler tag. It's a no sense. It create exploits mechanics.
  2. 1) I was not in smuggling mode. The port was not free (bahia honda) 2) I was on a trader ship (Spain). He was on Surprise (Nederland with smuggler tag) He attacked me (with a Surprise).. borded me.. sent surprise to his outpost, used my trader ship to dock at bahia honda. Saved. This is a game exploit in my opinion
  3. This is the situation: 1) war ship exit as smuggler. <- This should be not allowed 2) attacks a trader ships 3) boards the trader ships. 4) sends war ship to home 5) with your trade ship docks on enemy port. all this at 30 meters from port. This is an exploit.

In order to stop the exploit of "smugglers" that attack other ships in front of foreign ports,to take refuge in them after fight, I suggest to prevent docking for 15-30 mins if the victim(s) is of the same nationality. It 's absurd that a ship is sunk in front of the port and the attacker can get into the city with impunity Sorry for my english
  5. I would like that the game offers, in addition to "engagement missions", "goods transport" missions, according to the ship and based on market needs. This type of missions would help the novice player to approach the market and it would also be interesting for pirates. A captain should pay the value of the goods before leaving, to be reimbursed and paid when he arrives to destination. Losing the goods means losing the initial investment. Sorry for my english.
