  4. I'm sure this is a low priority but I thought I would ask anyway. Will we have Steam cloud synchronization for playing on multiple machines from different locations? The problem is my map data is different on different machines, when i play at my friends house none of the ports i have visited while playing at home show as "Visited" and therefore do not provide produce/consume data. I know this data is stored in a .db file in the C:\Users\name\AppData\LocalLow\Game_Labs\Naval Action folder. Are there any plans to share this information across multiple locations? Thank you
  5. I was thinking maybe the Surprise needed more that the 250 crew a captain had but after researching found it only needs 240 so I am stumped

  7. Hello Just logged in and my account is unchanged. Same exp, crafting lvl and ships. The reset must not have took. Thank you for trying Ink. Its just not an important enough issue to continue dealing with. I have lost days of play time so I'll just work with what I have. Thank you for trying.
  8. Hello I have been trying to get my account reset for 3 days now with no response. I started with mail and message in game to Ink to get this done. then yesterday I posted in the forums thread "account reset" The main reason I need the reset is I created a new character but because it does not reset your experience all the missions are too high level for me to do in the basic ship. Are there any other moderators, admins or forums that can help me with this problem? I'm beginning to feel I'm not making my requests in the proper media? maybe I need to email for help? Or is support just lacking at this point of development?
  9. Hello Ink I have sent mail via the game for an account reset. Is this still available? The main problem for me is when I created a new user all the missions are to high level to do with a basic ship so I thought starting fresh would be a great option. How long does the process take usually? do I need to stay logged off?
