sorry for some of us people who work losing ground each day is not a option also if u have to split ur time between tradeing (another valid play style but gains no xp....) and grinding your gonna force alot of people out of the game

lol i guess i think clan first not nation first but if u know me i am all for my nation as well. but rather sell my iron for 10% profit to clan but if i do that currently with the public system a random player in my nation gets it instead. i ant aganist that but i rather i can put say 30% of my production towards clan needs 70% towards nation needs. but right now it is set yo 100% national needs. at least with a clan auction i can place items on sail for clan members and if i am not online they can still get the items.. i already spend nearly half my life ingame i need some sleep....

i would like to note that if a port is defended or not is up to the defender not the attacker. who is to say that you cant capture 8 or 12 defended ports in a single day. that is a assumption. still records are there to be set and beaten so i would rather hear of those interested in beating records and what records are set.

nice so we got the titile holder to be the PVP1 Danes with 12 ports in 1 day so PVP2 is coming 2nd place will be nice to hear from PVP3 to see if we hold 2nd place or get regulated to 3rd

yes saying you took 20 ports in a day requires some proof as ours is easy to prove as it just happened. but yes if you have nothing more constructive to add maybe go to another thread and troll that. this is a thread for all 3 servers not a lord roberts cry fest. i am asking about who has taken most ports per server not how they were taken.

Hi all i was just wondering what the port capture records are for each of the servers. Currently i only know the US PVP 2 server which has resently been set at 8 ports in 1 day by the french. but i do wonder what records the other servers hold and what country holds them and if the PVP 2 server currently holds the Naval action record or if we are in 2nd or 3rd place. call it a nice way to have a Raivaly between servers & nations on each server.

lots of intresting statments in this thread hahaha. 1. i can only plan these operations around the enemys defense times. so if you dont like my tactics of hitting you when you set your port timers i realy cant help you. 2. i am unaware of any ports being hit outside the 2hr window they have to be hit. i feel you are confuseing these events with us continueing our Op into the zone after the port window by captureing the last 3 ports that had no windows at all. so no exploits were used on my watch. we have noted that there may be a option to do this but it was seen as a exploit and has been outlawed in the french nation to prevent slander of us using exploits as you have thus attempted. 3. 12 pirates went French from OMG. no nother pirate clans came over. 2 pirate clans went brit and 1 went Dutch unsure where the rest went. 4. where have we gained players from??? acutaly we are been getting them from all over as more and more players on the server become to like the apeal of playing a underdog who has spirt and unity. we also have a vigerus recruitment/Propagana merchine that helps us gain some players. we also just recently had some sweeds move across as they felt working with us to kick out the brit threat would be easyer then fighting as 2 seprate forces. it pains me that they had to do this due to the lack of a proper allance system that would allow us to enter port battles together but them are the brakes. 5. Blitz Vs Zerg VS tactics... a blitz as has been said has larger higher level forces move forward at fast speed taking ports at unparreled speed (not what we did) a zerg is a Massive force able to fill 4-5 port battles at once and overwelm a enemy (yet again not what we did) Tactics is where you use the limited resources you have to best advantage... (this is what we did) the first Night of operation Snaper i beleive we had a total of 28 players (not all there at once) so we split into 2 fleets to try and cap multipal ports at once. this is risky as if the brits came in with any ships at any one of those port battles the result would be any ones guess. but you have to work with the tools you have. as it was we almost only got 2 ports the first night. it was lucky that the brits and danes took down our main battle fleet and our 2nd fleet was able to protect the flag carrier long enought for the plant... alot of good ships died getting that flag into place... the 2nd flag was sent in a fleet of 2 ships with little hope it would get throught the dane picket... it was pure luck they got thru and we were able to finish our port battle and reach the port battle in time to get in and finish off that last port. funny thing is that the 2nd night of operation snaper we had way less players on and were still able to pull it off. 6. i cant always promise that i will do tactics that you or my fellow frenchmen will like but i can say if you put ur port timers on your prime time you will have every chance to defend them but i will still work to make sure the chances of our victory are high. 7. if you think france is just omg you will continue to underestermate us.. me thats fine i will continue to make you pay for your follys. 8. why the Brits think they were helping the danes and sweeds what the french have done HAS HELPED THEM.... so i feel if you look at the 2 solutions side by side the French Solution is better on all counts. the danes and sweeds have a area to work in unfretted by outside infulances and have some friendly French open world PVP ontop. all in all i feel the french have done more to sustain this games growth then any other nation. we avoid attacking smaller nations then us unless in self defense and we are willing to fight both the major zergs in US and Britian.

1 edit to the agreement is that we dont need Frederiksted and its up for danes or sweeds (think danes took it already) open world PVP is encouraged taking ports in this zone (other then danes and sweeds) will be met with force from the french. there are plenty of Free ports people can work out of to harris any of the nations that operate in this area (brit/french/dane/sweed/pirate) also somthing to note. France now holds the new server record for most ports caped in 1 day. we beat our old record of 7 by 1 and the new record is now 8 ports in 1 day. not sure if that is the beats the EU records or not but we are damm proud of it...

ok realy getting to the point with this new production system that clans need some love. right now i have to sell my products at higher rate on the open auction when i rather sell some higher on open and some lower for clan uses. we finaly have the abilty to make our own resources so we should have the options to sell within our clans to make ship building cheaper for our clan members. also we should also be able to put up Ships to sell inclan for cheaper and actualy have a clan player buy it then randomly filling another national player needs. i know this is just a basic system in clans why they work on the new land systems but realy the clans need some love as well. its anoying haveing to meet up with every one in captial to do manual sales or trades just to make sure your keeping your own clan supplied when i could spend that time ether leveling or hualing more resources up. Banking system should be easy enought setup a system that you can donate resources and cash to clan bank and allow only Officers and above to take out resources and limit gold to buying conquest flags. think that covers most needs and prevents the issues of clan leaders runing off with every ones gold as has been the only sumbling block i seen posted on here. so lets stop argueing and push for some changes that will benfit the whole clan community

We have met the enemy and engaged them at long last we have found MOB!!! LMN decided we would pop over for some training exercises ver some US players to provide a little excitement to there normally just PVE exercises. our first day of ops was met with no resistance so in order to see if we could find any US players we thought we would hit a little further our and baby we struck OIL!! our little shallow water invasion fleet crossed fro Orleans over to San Jose to see if we could draw out some newbies for a little bit of shallow water port battle... we were met by a 3rd rate, 2 cerbies, 1 suprise and a Snow. the snow tried to tag us but BR stoped him but that 3rd rate oh ya taged us all. our fleet consisted of 11 Navy brig/merc/snows. must say it was better then we were ever expecting to see there and we were damm happy that MOB and some other US players decided to turn up. thought we would need to get all the way down to south florida before you would come out. this battle was quite exciting for me personally as i was the flag carrier and boy did i get some love. some how useing the wind in my favour i was able to survive long enough for us to kill the 3rd rates escorts then we got down to Business of killing us a 3rd rate by the end of it we had a number of ships injured who retreated from the battle only to find a coney and the people we had already killed were awaiting our exit. so a 2nd battle promptly ensued sadly i missed this battle but i heard it was as exciting at the first. after a long 45 mins we finaly sunk the 3rd rate proving once again that a smaller ship can beat a larger foe after getting out of that battle we found quite the US fleet awaiting our return so we ran for the hills sadly we lost another snow on the retreat but he killed a snow but could not take on the under crewed 3rd rate as well. latter that night a small US strike force of 4 ships assaulted our Orleans staging platform to prevent us coming to play again and why only 1 of our guys could get to that battle he was able to sink 2 ships before being forced to retreat. at this point we knew more was coming so we tried to get more French across but telport timers can limit even the best of us so we could only defend with 2 ships in the 2nd battle which turned out to be st pavel 3rd rate triny and 2 other ships. this battle was also promtly lost. but then US got a little greedy and went for constance.... some more of our Aussies had answered the call and was able to intercept the snow fleet marching on our city holding them in the bay of Vermu sadly they could not hold down the flag carrier but were able to slow the fleet down enough for some more of us to telport over. as our heavy ships needed to change to light ships i had to go in there alone with 2 cutters to hold for as long as i could vs these 5 snows. the battle was fierce and i had lost half my armour by the time reinforcements arrived but i was able with the towers help and my trusty cutters to hold the snows at bay at the first tower. at long last we were able to tangle with the enemy and we French were Excited to get some blood for the loss of our towns. by the time all the reinforcements had arrived i was down to 1 bar armour on both sides and doing my best not to sink but i was getting back into the battle when suddenly a firesnow rammed me and exploded taking our my crew and a merc right next to me it was awesome move and my respect goes out to that captain for his steady determined aim to take me down. it was all over but the shouting and France was able to quickly rap it up not long after this. all in all a very exciting day in the golf. thank yo MOB for coming out and fighting with us you have done you nation proud. i hope this helped lighten your day of tedius PVE griding

The french are protecting our home land from a protentional threat. do we want to be attacking brits? No Can we leave the brits in striking distance of our lands why we take on the US? HELL NO Do we like striking the Brits why they are at war with the US?? No but we are forced to because the brits are moving east instead of fighting the US if you dont want to be fighting the entire server then stop attacking the entire server its that simple. and before you say that u never attacked the french your actions in killing helpless newbs outside FR cuppled with your Aggressive movements East are both classifed as attacks on our nation. the fact you are also invaiding our ally the Sweeds is more then enough justifcation for these actions. please do not cry saying we are just jumping on a band wagon. there would be no wagon if not for the brits agreesive movements on every front but the US one... you made your bed we are just trying to help you with sleeping in it.

I am sorry if you felt i was saying you personaly have said such things or done such actions but i at this point am treating all Brits the same so the words may not be said by you personaly but they were said by a brit about the french. also correct me if i am wrong here you are also treating all french the same. but we do have 1 thing over the brits in that most of the french clans are working together and as yet have no rogue clans out for personal gain. like others have touched on before it just takes 1 clan to draw the zerg. your intents may be honorable but if they keep moving East then more brit clans will come and you your self can not promise this wont happen. you can say all you like to the contray but as history has shown with the pirates it only takes 1 bright spark to tip the balance from a inderpent action into a National migration. so you may find this unfair that the United French nation will respond to a Few brit clans but this is not the fualt of the French that we are united aganist clear danger it is more the fualt that the brits are not united at all. one would suggest you take a page out of the frenchs book and unit aganist the US and stop these Distractions on every boarder but the US.

there are a cupple of diffrences here. *the pirate conflict* 1. The Pirates came as a zerg into french lands who was a weaker power. 2. the pirates asked for a unreasonable deal (we ceed everything north of cano bay to the pirates.) 3. the french did not start the war with the pirates they were the invaiders. *The brits expansion* 1. the brits expanded into a weaker nation and have Ports in striking Distance of French ports. 2. the France has not asked for any thing unreasonable of the Brits. 3. the Brits are a zerg the French are a middle sized nation 4. the French are helping to defend the rights of a smaller nation aganist an zerg nation. so the chances of the french doing the same as the pirates is rather small if any thing the french are doing this to prevent it ever happening again. so no matter how you wish to paint this the french have a vaild right to both protect there home waters and provide support to a smaller nation that is at war aganist a larger one. the combined French/Sweed forces would be bearly half the totaly brit players so i realy find it intresting the brits would try paint us as the new pirate nation.

i beleive the French would support the placement of a DMZ in the zone of the Sweeds and Danes. ya glad we could help

as i said in another thread i cant see france declaring war on the brits but i can see a much larger French Fleet presence patroling the buffer zone of the Sweeds/Danes zone. if we have to sink some Brits ships to get them to stop the eastward expansion plans we will do what needs to be done. now the pirates have almost be removed the French "fleets" will be free to enforce this buffer zone between the brits and Frances home land. i am pretty sure nearly all the french nation would rather this was not happening as we have more then enought on our plate but never again will we allow a zerg near our home lands... personaly as far as i am concerned the danes and the sweeds should just duke it out alone and get some fun going. i dont like French or brits taking sides in this affair. but the moment we saw brits take a port near striking distance of our lands then sending raider ships just outside FR the french nation has been galvinzed to prevent a repeat of the pirate invasion... if that means we may need to take some brit ports to the north to be recaped by the danes and sweeds at there leisure then thats what we will do. we would rather being doing other things but we wont allow this sort of threat to be left near us. so it is up to the brits do they want to be fighting the french/sweeds to there east and fighting the Yanks to there west.... or do they want to pull back west allow the french to feel safe and then we can all look at the US situation...

ok i am confused... when i see that screen shot all i see is a OMG privateer demanding gold from a dane but the dane is just posting in Team chat... was he talking to some one else in the battle on his team because he was defiantly not talking to the OMG player... For future knowledge you actually have to hit tab why typing to post to all or your just screaming to your self. regarding France consorting with pirates... arh if you count taking 11 ports in 2 days consorting then yes... OMG used to be pirates but joined the French as Privateers.. just for those who dont know what a privateer is... regarding the dane Sweedish war as far as most french are concerned we were happy to just let them duke it out for some fun. i think OMG only got involved when the brits did. OMG have very very very strong feelings regarding big guy beating on a little guy. regarding the brits us French have major concerns with any shifts to the east as we have only just starting to finish off the pirates and we have the Yanks taking ports up in the NW now we see brits moving in. so i think the brits can expect some heavy French patrolling in the buffer zone of sweeden/denmark. this is not so much to fight off the danes as to prevent Brits Eastward marching. this is by no means a war more a statement for the brits to keep out.... we already had 1 zerg come for our lands we are not about to sit around on our hands and allow another to just walk in and take there place.

yes it was a good battle sadly mistakes were made early on hell myself included i had manual sails on and did not notice other wise i could have made that tower faster i still got there and died trying to take it down but i was pretty messed up by the tower before i got there. thinking back i see what we could have done better but i must say i was quite disappointed with 1 guy but thats all i gonna go into there. it was a very exciting battle and i can only hope it has given our new guys a taste for more and they will level up to get to the deep battles which there are alot more of currently. what makes me laugh is the diversionary attack succeeded why the main attack failed so why i like to think that we won over all i cant but feel we failed our objectives. but we live we learn and we kill more pirates

i could see a increase of those random french rather soon we french are like Angry ants we get hit we come out of the wood work and hit back. the pirates are learning that now. i guess we are used to super powers taking pot shots at us. seems the brits are now sniffing around as well so it would seem ehter slamz slept with one of the brit ambassadors wifes again or they want to poke the ant hill as well. arh to be french we are a war torn people but it is wonderful to see how resilient our people are. on a postive note we ant bored hahahaha.

i must say i am very delusional i see 3 more ports taken but the US which is not a zerg and getting beaten by the Brits.... man i would hate to see reality lol na it seems interesting this is all happened right when we finally doing a counter vs the pirates when we take 7 ports from the pirates US takes 3 ports from us we do nothing US do nothing. we take 2 ports from pirates US takes 3 ports from us oh well not much we can do about there mind set but it is intriguing conspiracy theorist would love this sort of stuff you know hell i could be totally wrong the US may be trying to help us concentrate on the pirates by removing the distraction of our lands to the NW oh well means more pvp which cant be a bad thing hehehe

oh don’t get me wrong we French are no butt hurt we were kinda expect the US to turn on us soon but we had hoped they would have waited a little hahaha. But that’s fine us French are used to being out numbered out gunned and under siege from all sides But I will say I not sure what u mean we had not said we would go after the US we have bigger fish to fry in the pirates right now. Personally Frenchmen looking to get seconds before there dinner is eaten is not the French way. (We are rakishly thin people after all but considering we been starving I can understand some kid in a lolly shop mentality Let’s finish our dinner and we can talk about snacks latter But let it be known that France did not start this action and have legitimate cause for any future actions.

In a rather low blow the US broke there tentative Non-aggression pact with France and start taking our ports just as France finally makes a stand against the Pirates. One can only think that this is some master plan to prevent the French from forcing the pirates to leave the SE and have them back on the US door step. Other thoughts is that US doesn’t like the fact we broke their capture record with 7 ports taken in 1 day. Of cause we understand the US could also be excited by all the talk of French prowess in battle and want to get in on the fun but we must say it would have been nice if they had waited till we truly had the pirates on the run before making there move. there is also the view that maybe the US just really love our wine and women and wanted to take them by force but as yet no reason has been explained to us by the US. In the end i feel this move will just garner the French more players wishing to do PVP as that is the one thing we can guarantee above any nation on the server... We French are now under siege from all sides, the situation has not changed we are outnumbered and out gunned but FRANCE SHALL NOT FALL!!! We shall fight to the death if need be and become stronger for it. Those who wish to PVP the good fight and wish to move to France please let us know and we will do what we can to help move you across. we will provide all the frog legs you want and good French wine to go with it. i must say this thread has made me laught so hard. here are some simple facts 1. Pirates overwelmed the the French defenses and took all our lands with minimal ristance till they attempted to take us on in a shallow port. 2. Priates numbers were at least 5 for every frenchman and i figure still close to 3 to 1 currently 3.the French had no 3rd rates and roughtly only 4 people who could feild conys. quite a few of us had not even got to cerbies... 4.the french tried to fight back the weekend before last and was totaly crushed even with 2 other nations helping us. (brits & Dutch) 5. Pirates started a massive port take over op which involved attacking perdy then as soon as we defended that they would cap 2 or 3 other ports at same time. 6. part of the port take over was staged at times french were not on. (6 ports taken just before server reset) 7. the french were a impovished nation and could not afford to recap ports that would only get recaped again why we defended perdy... 8. because France Changed tactics to a more Ristance based style of play our levels increased fast due to the double xp and gold from PVP. this also allowed us to earn cash. 9. The French People pulled togeather due to this Siege of our waters and worked towards 1 goal. Leveling and getting the ships to take back our own waters. 10. when france changed tactics the pirates started to get pissed that we were acting like pirates and would not leave them to PVE or trade in peace... (lol your the agressors what did u expect.) 11. one of the bigist french clans 18E had to disbane and reform becoming stronger from it but causeing 3 days of total disorginsation mid pirate offensive. 12. once OMG saw that france had a backbone and priates did not they decided to change over to the underdog for some garenteeed PVP action. i kinda dis agree with alot of my fellow french i still feel we are a underdog even with OMG joining we are only marginly bigger then the dutch... but what we do have is a hardened french core who is used to adveristy of having there home port under constant state of seige. our newbies have had to learn under the harsh condistions that the pirates seem to be complaining. personaly i only been in this game 2 and a bit weeks i joined of the week the pirates realy started the major port take overs. i saw MANY french lose hope and reroll as pirates... under these condistions i stayed with the french and after only 1 week (yes i work) i had my cerby ready for deep water battles. so yea the pirates were kicking our butts but the french grited down and did our best to get our players to get as high a lvl ship as they could man. daily we had to deal with french players getting depressed that we had no ports and thinking of rerolling another side. but we also started to get more players seeking out PVP that only the french could provide. our numbers swelled and those numbers rushed to get into cerbies so they could help our nation surive. we had to bide our time till we had enought guys in higher end ships so we could do a counter attack. i can say with certainty had OMG not joined the french we still would have countered attacked this comming weekend... so the fact OMG speed up my schedule by a week was awsome but we were still coming... the fact you complain about us hitting you during a off time period is a joke you did that even with your massive numbers. we french grited out teeth and bared it.... We then counter attacked you guys during your prime time and recovered 2 ports... please dont give us crap about fighting you when you were not there because when you were there we still had the balls to take you on. hell we had complaints from pirates that we were cheating in open sea PVP just because we were taking down 1 ship at a time instead of being unorgnized... truly guys MAN THE HELL UP. we French are not gods we are still one of the smaller factions player wise and port wise. u dont see us attacking 3 ports at 1 time do u? so less complaining and more fighting ok... as the old adage says if it is too hot in the kitchen then get out...

Dude now you let the cat out the bag i rathered slamz getting the blame hahahahaha. no i had planed somthing like this for some time but what made it possable was the added players joining france from OMG. without the knowlegde that we would have more 3rd rates for defense recaping was a pipe dream as holding them would be very hard. also LMN also got a few new recuits who had PVP in there blood and one who could sail a 3rd rate as well. but to be fair this was a Joint op between LMN, OMG and Purge. we have yet to see a pirate response but i expect one within the next 48hrs. we will just play it by ear till all the pirates are removed from our lands!!! its funy i raise this poll and then i get another put up a poll wanting to limit the port battles even more... guys we are not weekend warriors sure weekdns is where most of us have more time to do this but we should have the option to do a port battle when we want to. be that a week day be that in aussie time zones be it when ever. limiting end game content is just wrong and will just bring more more people wanting to quit come release. it would be like telling wow raiders they can only raid between these certain hrs... i would love to see how that went...
