  1. issue: Captain A (who double-ignored every spy): "Hey, guys, we're going to hit Havana, gather at Key West" Captain B (who missed one): How long before we hit Havana? A: an hour or so B: Okay, I'll sail to KW shortly. try to catch the wind before it turns on me
  2. 'farming' as a general term (in regards to games) is pretty much synonymous with 'grinding' except it implies that you are skirting (or outright ignoring) the intended way to play the game in order to get more rewards will it be impossible? I sincerely doubt it. Will it be impossible to do regularly without receiving negative consequences, e.g. an xp reset? probably.
  3. I transitioned to PVP1 from 2 a week or two ago, and pretty much every night I see Pirates pull at least 3 flags at once, 2 of which are filled to the max with screeners (with the third sometimes being a feint, sometimes being partially filled). Don't know when you're playing, but I'd guess it's morning EST, when all the servers are lowpop and US faction has around two dozen people on total, with maybe one or two in chat. your numbers on PVP2? sure, I'll believe that. not on PVP1.
  4. It's just that it rather twists the meaning of the article. Then again, that might be intentional
  5. You are aware that picture is of the USS Constitution being attacked by a British squadron, right?
  6. I played way back the day this hit steam and I rather liked storms even back then - they gave an advantage to smaller ships that could use the waves as both cover and to lengthen their shots. It made it combat a very dynamic thing. I never really did understand all the outcry against storms and would love to have them back in. Be real nice to have them line up with OW storms (the "large" waves in battles are NOT storms, I can assure you of this). It'd change up battles a bit, especially if it came with shifting wind (say tends to be from the same general direction but "wiggles" around up to like 40 degrees either way?).
