is there any town or region that give rank 4 kill missions? i wanna play my 4th rate on kill missions. is there possibile? Possibly around VP territory

hello guys, i was out of game for about a year and now i reistall the game to check the new patches... so, actually i see that my character hold all exp and crafting exp but not all reedemable ships that i got along various test. do u have any idea if i will get back my gifted ships at game launch? or, is there a way to claim it back? tnx in advance, and sorry for my poor english!

in the February content patch we can read: preparation for the release so, does Devs have an idea about release date? summer-winter- not before 2018? tnx for reply

I agree with ppl who hate ninja cappers or just ppl who wanna waste your fun but personally i like join players battle and help then like before last patch. Soo i suggest to put a button to make a chise if u wanna open the battle or if u like keep her "private" only for a group members. For example u can put a button for "free for all" mode or "only group members" or something like that! What do u think sailors / devs? P.S. sorry for my bad english but it's not my primary language. I hope u can understand me
