Thickness cap should be 30% although im not sure how they count the base additive thickness like +5 from carta for instance. -

Again if you attack 7 AI fifths the chances are the BR will be high enough the battle will close AI fifths being commonly 100-200 BR. Anyway if you Have to be super safe and can not risk a battle being open. Then do not attack AI higher then their BR so if you see 5 fifths then do not bring more then 500BR the battle can not stay open then. Even 600 BR+ should be safe depending on ship comp. Anyway I am not in favor of adding more rules for something that is a non issue. -

Others can only enter the other side if you have a sizable amount more BR then the enemy side. So Fight AI fleets that are equal or close to your BR and you will be fine. If not then be prepared for one enemy probably smaller then you to join. If they join with a lot of BR then your side will be open and you can have a friend join. -
If you can turn off survival in boarding now, you should also be able to brace in boarding. Fire which happens in boarding now just equals death with little you can do about it.

The Timer Problem

Timers are good, they prevent the bad people on the other side of the round earth from hurting you when you sleep. But if we must remove the timers and set a standard server time clearly it should be set to the Caribbean time zone you know it being a Caribbean game and all. Anyone who plays outside my time zone basically does not exist right so I see no issue with this time zone being used. -

With the amount of trouble alt farming has caused I am a bit surprised this one is still up for debate. If it can be broken it will be broken and you can be sure as hell plenty of people will abuse a broken system. Personally I would rather pvp rewards be cosmetics like paints, flags, titles. But realistically that will only get you so far before the marks become worthless to you like the old pvp marks with players having many thousands saved up and not much to do with them (Became a E Peen measuring contest). Anyway I think the new system of them only being available in the patrol zone/Missions to be a better idea.

Alt farming is going to be back in force now that the medals not only give you the most op mods in game, but are also needed to craft ships. So unless the devs have a super awesome system to counter it, I would expect tons of farming.

I would rather a clan have the option of building like a merchant company or something that spawns more merchant ai. These AI would sail to nearby towns and collect resources. I think that would be a better way to do it as raiding would still be a thing people could do and people that don't want to could just wait for the AI to do it. -
It is lag between you and the server. This effect is higher the more lag you have and the faster the ships are moving. For instance if you are in front of him you would get the option to tag him before your in his circle. One issue I do have with it is if your not careful and you attack on the edge of the circle the attack option can flicker and the attack will auto fail. I think the attack should only fail if the timer hits 0 and it actually fails. It should not fail because the attack option flickers for a moment and now your stuck with a attack cool down.

If you open up steam and right click on naval action. One option should be to "Create desktop shortcut". It has the game icon.

Back to Nation driven open world

Admin talked about the possibility of war companies being added long ago. Allow players not it clans to be a part of their nation and go about nation politics. While players in war companies (basically clans as we have now) to be autonomous. -
They will but that is some what the point. To teach them that the world is not safe and people want to kill them. I like the way EVE does it where there are mission lines that teach you aspects of the game, they generously reward you with basic ships, and gear. So when your a noob then do something dumb and die it isn't really a crushing blow. More like a small prick in the right direction. Also 5th rates should be relatively cheap and plentiful they are the best ships to learn with.
