  1. same here - i got dc'd from server mid journey and when attempting to reconnect i got the same message as above - EU PVP 3
  2. My annoyance was more directed towards the fact that each time we have had extended downtimes ( which are not an issue as long as they are advertised or at least some communication from admins as to progress etc is forthcoming) the excuse or reason has been given as an issue with the provider - it would seem there is some kind of problem and if its happening most days already then i worry for the future when the servers are under heavier load. Still its best to have these problems now and not later i suppose- the level of frustration is often coupled with the level of fun people are having in game, if we are having a really good time then these downtimes become more frustrating - so in a weird way it shows how much people want to play if they are angry with un-advertised extended downtimes servers are up - i am happy again lol sailing around killing stuff - happy days i do however think they need to A) let us know what the issue is with the provider and the server dowtimes B ) seriously consider moving the downtimes backwards a few hours so when there are problems it doesnt cut into the daytime EU and late prime time AUS

  5. your angry because people are complaining about not being able to access a game they have paid for ? Whilst we understand its in early access - these repeated unplanned extended downtimes happening in the middle of the day EU are unacceptable. If they were for planned work or patches etc then there is no problem but the standard 'its our providers fault' isnt acceptable - CHANGE your provider if they are this unreliable - its been almost every day recently lol
  6. For For £29.99 i expect a game that is at least playable during its advertised hours and doesn't use a service provider to maintain its servers who clearly isnt up to the job. Once your ready to put your game onto Steam ( regardless of early access or not) I would expect them to have in place at least the basics which enable them to patch efficiently and maintain server up times - this has been a repeated issue now with extended downtimes that are always blamed on the service provider - maybe this should have been sorted out before they released on steam ? I love the game but this is exactly the kind of thing that pisses paying customers off - if they had posted officially that they expected a extended downtime pre downtime this morning then i wouldn't have minded. In recent game development history the inability to provide stable servers etc has been the downfall of some great potential games I can deal with in game issues and bugs and am happy to test out mechanics and find issues - but i am not happy to repeatedly be unable play because they are using a sub standard service/server provider

This isnt the first time we have had extended downtimes - in fact its the second day in a row - and the standard reply is - its our provider - which is unacceptable - if your ready to put your game onto steam for sale as an early access you really should have a provider in place that isnt going to fuck up on a regular basis
  8. this is getting very annoying guys - 2 days off work and wish i hadn't bothered to stay at home so i could play now. could you please move your downtimes back 2-3 hours so they dont happen in the EU daytime.
