  1. Economy is already fucking up.. there are buy orders for iron ore in every port ... a grand petition was laid out weeks ago to remove buy orders.. but those commies failed to comply... further petition to reduce buying to maximum of 200 per buy order was also ignored.

Now only one player in entire nation of an entire server is able to buy iron ore at a decent price (60-70% cheaper than everyone else) because of this stupid buy order.

This comment is not related to most of the current economic issues.. so God knows what else is bothering other players but this buy order certainly pulled a hair out of my fat ass.

  2. I have nothing to do with Camp du Roy but I am fully supportive of any action against frogs and/or their displacement as a society in our world and/or their existence as a civilization from our dear Caribbean map.

To end my supporting with a beautiful quote:

"We who are the rest of the people raised our heart and eyes to heaven crying for God to have compassion upon us, and to turn away from us the power of the French."

  3. Unfortunately Early Access is a big kill for traders... ALL former updates and upcoming ones are focused on battles.. Historically.. it was us traders that supplied the tissues for captains and sailers to wipe their bottoms; and it was us who decided the outcome of wars..

Please developers put more trade features.. as a start.. increase capacity of contracts. 5 is even too little for a 5 yr old novice trader.

  4. @Diemos good idea...

why not also introduce the option for AI transport fleets as well as player regular ships to offer a surrender tribute in exchange for ceasefire?

So when you are sailing for example, and get attacked.. then instead of pressing on surrender button in which lose, or wait till you sink/get boarded.. you have the option to offer tribute to attacker and the attacker can accept or decline and continue their attack!

  5. Yes this is what I thought about.. while it may be possible that the mechanic can be implemented same as AI fleets at this present moment.. but then when lot of traders/transporters get busted they will complain to admins that it is a bad idea and they keep getting attacked and losing their transported ships etc. etc.

But in general, it's the player's own responbility if he/she wish to take the risk of such a transport..

It will relieve a lot of players I think.. the ones who want to transport ship to another outpost..

  6. Would be nice to see the transfer of player's ships from outpost to outpost but in a more interesting way...

The transported ship would automatically sail in open world and can be visibile to all players.. the duration it takes depends on distance from the starting location to final destination; and those transported ships are able to be attacked by any playing spotting them... so it is a risk a player has to take.

This mechanic can also be applied for trade ships where the player can load the ship up and send it to another outpost... whereas it can make more lucrative opportunities for foreign privateers.

Would be nice also to select the mode of open world sailing; whether the player requests the ship arrive ASAP by travelling through islands and avoiding deadwinds, or sailing on open ocean and minimal effort to avoid dead winds... progress of ship transport would be seen on colony or the outpost where the ship was sent from.
