It's Friday. It's 22:06 (at the time of writing.) Kiev time. No keys. When do they normally get sent out? I can understand they might be busy, but if they said "Between X and Y." I wouldn't mind, but they said "At 22:00." Meaning you'd expect to get it at the earliest of 10pm. Can anybody shed some light?
