  1. Feedback on the Hercules: It's combination of speed, amount of hp, thickness, cannons/DPS, crew AND low BR makes is ridiculous OP! Result: the Hercules is a must in the Nassau Patrol zone to be competitive and it is very OP as a screening ship vs shallow water pb fleets. Now it is even a normal ship to bring into deep water pbs. Suggested nerf half the base HP on the Hercules and weaken its mast thickness to match that of the Mercury!
  2. The PvP ranking system could be based on kills, assists or damage, but it would only give symbolic flags/banners in battle. It's not like it would give you a real benefit, it's just for show. So if a player alt farm/seal club his way up through the PvP ranks it would be like peeing on his leg to keep warm during a real winter. When fighting against other players with equal rank but real experience the farmer/seal clubber would most likely just embarrass him/her self.
  3. Could give a slot grinding boost for the ships best suited for you current rank..
  4. I like the idea of having a separated PvP ranking hierarchy, that could be connected to flags and banners on the ships in battle. So PvE players with 0 PvP experience/ranks would only sail with their nations flag in Battle, no banners or anything else. While more experienced players with PvP ranks would have more banners representing each PvP rank they have. Only intention of the system would be to make it easier to see if the player your fighting is novice or experienced, and I know some players have a real hard on for flags. so it might please those players.. Could also be an idea to represent the number of slots a player has on a ship, with banners/flags etc, but I don't like the idea of making the PvE grind for more crew harder. Many players come join this game for sailing the Surprise, Victory, Santissima but leave because the PvE grind is just to time consuming.
  5. I still think the premium ships in PBs is just a symptom and that the real cause is the that you can deny your enemy points from circles they hold with less BR ships. But I totally support getting the premium ships out of PBs!
  6. All they need to learn the epic AI is to use chain on player warships and focus them, then we are in deep shit!
  7. Winning the battle/combat and winning the port battle is in my mind to different things. You guys usually lose the battle, but successfully defend you port.
  8. It was a week fleet composition and we did some mistakes, so you guys actually won the battle for once! Congrats..! But we are getting desperate in our attempt to adapt to your fleet setup, so we have to keep experimenting.. That is why I like the 24 hour cooldown a lot! 😊
  9. Buuuuuu! But it feels like we grind Little Cayman ever other day.. One day grind, pb next and then we grind again. So if we have 24 hour cool down now (I'm not sure what it is) I would support 48 hours cool, but only after Spain has reclaimed Little Cayman, the circle kiting is removed and all the premium ships are out of RvR.
  10. Who here wants less content!? Seriously it is ridiculous! RvR brings so much PvP content to this game and defenders have so much advantage it's insane. Defenders can counter attack the hostility missions with huge advantage, they can screen out enemy PB fleet, in the PB defenders have towers and forts, they do not need to bring mortar brigs and they do not need to get 1000 points to win, just deny the enemy to get to 1000 points. If you own an attractive port either because of location, resource or the combination you must realize that this would bring a lot of content your way. If your enemy want to keep throwing content at you even though they are have lost 10. time row, why should you slow down their possibility to do so? If all you wanted was victory marks, you should have taken a less popular port.

  13. If they make them cheaper we will just get even more late/early timers that are set just to avoid combat. I hate it, but the timers them self have to be expensive so they are not abused even more then they are now imo
  14. For 1 time use only the price should be < 1/10 of what is is now, but then it should be possible to capture and trade the ships. But I'm not sure changing the deal like that, when players have already bought the dlc expecting the get the ship for life is acceptable.. I would accept and like that they do something like this for paints. So I can pay real money for a paint scheme that can only be used 1 time. But the cost should be low! Less than 1 euro and the paints should also be available ingame somehow. But as long as we get paints back some how I'm happy..
  15. Most do, when you attack a port! Do I get 50 PvP marks for each nation ingame with safe zone now?
  16. That alone is not a bad idea imo. Just to stir things up once in a while, would be good for RvR at least xD
  17. So many times I have heard players say that they "will stop playing until after wipe", and I totally get this. As soon as there is a wipe announcement hanging over the game all the stuff you have gathered, all the ships, the ports, the time and effort you have invested is just declared worthless in X amount of days. So from my point of view the idea to have a wipe happening regularly in a game that is extremely time consuming is game wreaking! Many of us are in clans, that can start from scratch and make 1. rates after just a few days, BUT NOT ALL PLAYERS ARE IN ORGANIZED CLANS! They need weeks and even mouths to get ship production back up. Gathering resources is just a form of grind, taking empty ports in the beginning after wipe is just a pain. So if this is a desperate attempt to satisfy some need for endgame content just say your "done", delete you character and make a new one. There is no need to hold a gun pointed at the rest of the community.
