I had a quick look at theses lists - maybe I really got a "wrong" or "onesided" impression, there are also a lot of british ships - looks like caputre was not such a rare thing that would happen

I got the impression that early every time I read somewhere something about a cool french ship of the age of sail I stumble across the line that says - got captured by the British in XXXX and renamed to XXXX. Is it just me or did the French build a lot of ships "for" the royal navy?

It seems that I had luck, my Buccentaure is still there and has both duras (it has 2 at the start??)

I was in a battle against some ai ships, will I now loose a dura on my ship??

Well, i dont think this is to question, i assume that they will sooner or later

There are a lot of good points but i´ll go with "Exploration and Delivery missions" since the one mission we have gets rather fast boring. Especially exploration missions will enlarge the horizon of some players but what I actually would love to see would be an overworked and more intuitive interface. It could also become more piratish in its style

This is a super cool thing you started there. Is there a chance that you add pictures somehow to your list? I am very new to the game and I would help me a lot to actually know the ship that just sunk me

I just got the game on steam and I decided to sail for the dutch provinces. What happens if for whatever reason I decide to sail for a different faction? Since I can only have one character / captain per account? Do I have to delete my captain in that case?
