No sea iluso.
  6. Yo he votado otros, y apoyo Maracaibo. Canal bloqueable. Cercanía con los buenos franceses. Aunque no immediata.
  7. Other spanish people started attacking Southern cuban ports, because in a treaty with those people, that was before the disaster, you promised them those cuban ports. As you broke that promise, because you didn't give the ports or delay sine die their giving, those clans broke negotiations with brits. Indeed there were many mistakes, mainly in the way of done things, from spanish side, they were in the end, right. Also, that casus belli, that is mainly british responsability, on the background, that is well known in our and other nations , is the main argument that is uniting spanish factions and individuals, as the excessive force that you did in response. And that was because many in your own faction were eager in humbling spain since the beginning. There was, not enough interest in british side to hold peace with spain, then ultimately won warmongers. Because, my faction can be apparently divided, but your faction in underground is also divided. So, as I use to repeat, this is a basic weakness of clan diplomacy, and the lack or national diplomacy in the gamplay. Meanwhile, in our faction, even if we disagree with the way of doing things with RAE, or their strategy, we generally agree that the casus belli of the southern cuba ports is british fault. If you don't understand that, long term relations will be really difficult.
  8. Probably is needed first, that Brits go out of Cuba unilaterally, and wait to cool down the conflict by itself. We spanish will begin to take cuban ports and we'll have to defend them, in which we'll have to center our meager forces, or fail again. Almost surely, wait, cool dawn and see for a while, before trust can be redone for both, is needed.
  9. Only reason that you offers a peace traty with Spain now, is because you have earned too enemies, and you need desesperately the fleets that we destroy every night in Mantua, to fight in other fronts, where you are being, at the moment, defeated. That would be a good beginning to talk, if we can trust that you can hold your word, but last two months are really difficult to be forgotten. I don't envy brit or spanish diplomats.
  11. In real world, I'm Anglophil. But in this game, your nationalists just give all that needed our nationalists to burnt all out. Ok, you can try to humble us by the number, I agree that is a matter of raw power. The gameplay favours endless war, and the diplomacy is almost limitless. But if you forget that this is a game, that we can't die or lost real money, and continue your politic of demolish and humble Spain...well, you are failing making friends, and not only with spanish. What can think a pirate, french, dannish or even dutch? Maybe they think neither of us are thrustworthy, or at least doesn't worth the effort. Only awaiting their turn to be humbled.
  12. Of course, sir, and any peace treaty, truce or promised neutrality, always will be broken by your future enemies Good hunt, sir.
  13. Krupi, I can agree with you in 1), 2) (I was one that said that Canalete was an error), 3), 4), 5). The problem under 6), 7), and 8), and even 4), is the weakness of clan diplomacy. If we had a crown/congress sanction under pacts...think in black sails season 3, without the spanish crown or british parliament, forcing politics limits on terrain. In Spain faction we did many mistakes, but none of them was broken first a pact. You'll have now a problem, hundreds of players that needs to fight, to earn xps. While we resist in north cuba, you'll can maintain order in your lines. I doubt that, when we fall, you can maintain peace, with your "allies." even if is what you want. Wait and see. You'll need an enemy to unite your troops, and your troops are specially expansionists, because you can. I can hear the war drums in other nations forums, as i can hear the propaganda.
