Nastybasterd - normally plays on PVE

my mate is unable to login - he has deleted all his files and downloaded them again but to no avail - he can log on to the server but his player name does not show up - he has been playing since january and has post captain rank

in the last few days have been unable to see my clan mate - so we are unable to do missions together - and now have just been promoted from post captain to commodore what is going on
