    Every solo PVP player? Well I've been a solo player since release (no clan) and this is a great change, especially as Polish since I'll be able to help friends in other nations and be able to use more ports than just free ports.

    Excellent! Polish in the recent past I tried to help Dutch vs Russians and then vs Prussia. With this mechanic I could of earned the right to use VP ports instead of sailing to and from La Mona or Guaya. Unfortunately with every mechanic, hopefully this wont be abused and ruined by alts but I expect it will in some way.

    Anything but Russia, then you'll be playing with the zerg nation with absolutely no challenge. EST zone I'd join US Nation, you'll find more people online for your timezone, a nation chat that is English and more English speaking clans.. Plus there is no better looking ship in the game than a Connie with a US flag.

    No because for Alts they can just set sail and it's all open water in the Gulf while they are using main for other action. I come across more traders that are obviously alts in the gulf than anywhere else on the map. Not to mention the best and easiest ship building.

    Really? Wow it's like Beta again. How many variations have we seen of rewards over the past few years.

    I like all these suggestions for earning reals now that dubs have been made near worthless overnight. Except leaving out the most popular method of all, Russian Alt for easy trade runs and best ship crafting.

    I fight what, when and where I choose not you. Fact is I play the game completely different to you and just about everyone else on the server. Poland Solo Player No Alts No DLC ships. No Clan No crafting No Admiralty No expensive mods I'm gifted the odd Prince otherwise everything else is capped. Am I poor in the game, no I gift large amounts in dubs, chests and CMs frequently because I never use them.

    Entertaining watching you guys chase the latest Meta. While I'm still playing the game with no DLC ships, no alts and a captured VC built Teak/Teak Prince.

    Romantic but hopeless. Pitty the clan that shows up in DLC Vics vs Bucs let alone L Oceans. Removal of screening I expect port battles for the Russian zerg considering their resources and ship building has never been easier.

    Russia has dominated since release, almost one year ago. Whether there will still be a player base around to witness Russia's collapse remains to be seen.

    Do any port battles take place without Russia's approval? Russia has half the map plus nearly every port worth having, RVR is pretty much dead and uninteresting except to the usual handful of players that seem to live every day of their life by it.

    Russian Nation, that's hilarious. I hope you are vetting these guys strongly because I'd bet some are the same players telling me they are an alt for another nation and ask to be let go. More alts sailing traders in Gulf under Russian flag with or without clan tags than any other, especially low to medium ranks. Easy to pick out, they either flat out tell you, delayed in dropping sail once battle starts, or don't drop sail at all.

    LOL Those turn rates are higher than the couple of Trincs that I captured and tried to use lately.

    Is there any RVR these days that doesn't involve one side or the other having already bent over to Russia? Russia holds nearly every port worth having on the map and the entire gulf. Other nations are left to play fight over the worthless remains, but it always seems only at Russia's approval just to give them something to do.
