  1. Then again, as pirates, what the F do we care what the community wants? We're just a bunch of selfish individuals looking out for our own selves. If our benefit lies in banding together, then that's what we're going to do. We're pirates! We do as we please! Isn't this the RP stance you've been pushing for pirates all along? If "the community" wants to change that they're welcome to re-roll as pirates and create internal strife. Other than that, please stop trying to dictate how we're supposed to play a faction you're not a part of. Also, enough with the hypothetical if this if that... Current mechanics are in place and won't change for quite some time, as been stated by the devs.
  2. If you consider joining a team and leaving as Pirate on Pirate PvP, then this behavior would amount to green on green, since it's all happening on a single side of the fight. I think we'd all be fine with them joining the other side (real treachery) and taking up very valuable enemy slots

There is exactly ZERO russian in KotO, and we're 175+ strong. BIA are all italians. LV is (almost?) entirely german. ACE is full of spaniards. RUBLI are russians, yes, so what? They're not allowed to play? Like Mouse of War wisely said earlier in the thread, the nationality of a player shouldn't matter, only that of his or her in-game character. Stop coming up with idiotic excuses to make up for your poor performance, this is terrible form. Edit: Well, apparently we have TWO russians in KotO. I wasn't even aware of that, shows you how much political power they must wield.

  6. I'm not much of a scorekeeper, all I'll say is, this has been a lot of fun. SLRN & friends fight hard and fair, they're not running, and neither are we, the result being massively enjoyable tussles. Tip o' me pyrite hat to you limeys!

  10. The little things are merely ideas to get started, keeping the mechanics fairly simple to begin with

Suggested price: 10x the price of individual outposts (1st one free license + 100k build, 2nd 50k + 100k build, 3rd 250k + 100k build, etc.) Clan warehouse has 2x the space of individual warehouse, clan outpost can hold 10 ships (total, not per player) Clan warehouse: clan members can see/add content, clan officers (or a specifically created rank) can retrieve Clan outpost ships: clan members can see ships, clan officers (or specifically created rank) can store/retrieve ships (and trade to individuals IF they have an outpost of their own OR have no ship in port) All clan members are able to teleport to clan outposts (but shares the same cooldown as other teleports)
